I came to this florist because my mother in law recommended them and I am glad I did. My wedding flowers were perfect. I am not creative when it looks to envisioning things, but Jeff(in the wedding department) had great ideas and my bouquet was beautiful. He was very detail oriented and made sure everything was perfect. I had 8 bridesmaids bouquets, 8 boutineers, reception flowers, etc. and each one looked great. I thought the prices were very fair and worth every penny. The delivery person was on time– even a few minutes early, which I always appreciate– during the first heavy snow of the year and was very friendly. I don’t have my professional pictures back yet(my wedding was yesterday) but I did stick my bouquet in a vase on my kitchen table today. Wendy on the phone took the time to understand what I was looking for and checking to be sure the flowers we selected were in stock. Pricing was very reasonable, I will use them as my «go to» now for funerals and other occasions in their delivery area.

If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and freaking TALENTED florist… please. do yourself a favor and just become a lifetime customer. After today, for every occasion, for the rest of my life, I will only do business with James Saunoris & Sons. let me tell you a story. Yesterday, was Administrative Professional Day. And like most people, I wanted to show our HR person that we appreciate all her hard work. So two days before, I went online and decided to order a floral arrangement through Jewel Osco. Jewel apparently outsources their flower orders and sent my order to a little flower shop called Flower Hill in Burbank, IL. The day I was supposed to have the flowers delivered, It was 3 O’clock before I finally called Jewel and asked them where the delivery was. Thirty minutes later, a woman came in and plopped this puny floral arrangement that looked NOTHING like what I paid money for. You can read my reviews for Flower Hill and Florist Transworld Delivery for the technical details. I called them back(Jewel/FTD) and told them I was not happy. They promised that I would get a replacement that looked like the picture and was worth the $ 70.00 dollars I plopped down for it. I asked that they bring it in before 5 because my HR person was going home. They promised that it will arrive. Did it arrive on time? No. Did it even arrive late? Should I even answer that question? After a lot of haggeling the next day, emails, phone calls, and the attempt to replace the first arrangement with an even punier looking replacement, I asked for my money back and called Saunoris. Not only did they deliver within an hour of my request, but they came in with a beautiful floral arrangement that made my jaw drop! Saunoris. I have learned my lesson. You are the King of Flowers, and I am your loyal customer.

I want to first say I’m not the«hello» police but once again another bad customer experience. I went to saunoris on oct. 12th around 9:15am. Two young guys in the outside area, no hello, do you need any help. I go inside the building, two young girls standing at the register, no customers to wait on, no good morning or can I help you. But I did hear them talking loud about how LAME it is that one of the girls has to go to her grandpas and she can’t go out with her friends. So the ladies do speak but just not to the customer. Hello, The customer keeps you in business!
