The previous review really needs to be removed by Unilocal. I recently was driving by the area and had a package that I needed to send out to a customer for the small business my family runs in the south side of Chicago. I almost didn’t use this location after reading the same review above, but I saw that the new owner had addressed the situation.
I could have not asked for better service. Shaun did a great job of ensuring me that my customer would receive her package the very next day, which she did. I highly recommend this location above any other provider and location in the common area.

I had a large box cut down no charge to fit an item I was shipping on Ebay. There was no charge and it fit like a glove lowering my shipping costs. They are very helpful and will select the right package for your items.
