Worse place ever, I’m still currently living in this place which I call hell, landlord very disrespectful, they don’t even bother the turn on the heat as it gets really cold inside the apartment, I’m counting each day and can’t wait to move out, uneducated janitor who always get mad when you ask him to fix something, yeah right only Kristina P will give 5 start, huge coincidence the landlord wide also name is Kristina p, for those people desperate to find a place to leave you are more than welcome to apply, and I wish you a lot of patience dealing with bed bugs and cold winter inside your new apartment

I just recently moved out of the area and i must say i miss my apartment. The building was well kept and amazing looking. Its across the street from the Lake and made it that more enjoyable during the summer months. I never needed to look for parking (it has its own in the building, and we all know about doing laps in Chicago) and always knew my car was safe in the gated parking garage. Maintenance was on call all the time and lived in the building so i never stressed if i needed ANYTHING. Close to LSD, public transportation and has lots of local businesses for all your needs. Oh and there is an ELEVATOR yea elevator… no walking upstairs with groceries …
