With over 30 years as a dog trainer in both Obedience and Shitzund Service Work, I began A Bark And A Meow in 2006, feeling I could give more than just training to the human/​pet world. Our walkers are trained in giving your dog more than just love and a good walk down the street or to the park… we reinforce their training, help with behavioral issues, and connect deeply and solely to the pet owner (s) and their pet (s). We are unique because we are not just your everyday dog walker and sitter. We are integrated every step of the way with You and Your Pet’s Best Friend (s)!

History

Established in 2006.

Our services include dog walking, private dog boarding, and pet sitting.

I understand leaving your dog alone all day while you′re at work — as well as the in and out challenges of finding the time and energy to take them on a much-​needed walk once you finally get home.

And when you’re on a business trip, vacation or an emergency arises, your dog will receive excellent care and the personal attention that he/​she may need at a moment’s notice right in the comfort of his or her own home or ours!

Welcome! I′m a former dog trainer who decided that caring for animals was my niche 30 years ago.

I presently live on the Northside of Chicago for the past 25 years. I am the proud owner of 3 dogs. I am familiar with all breeds, their personalities, what makes their hearts tick and offer free consultation on your pet once you join us in any of our services.

I also help out rescue groups and my clients by offering animal communication.
