AAA Security and Locksmith

Called AAA to help me get back in to my locked apartment in the wintertime because their office address was close to my home. Based on the dispatching and call center though, I get the impression this office just acts as an address for them and not where they are dispatching locksmiths. They said it would be 20 minutes on the phone for someone to arrive, but I ended up waiting over an hour for someone to show up. He even called two times telling me it would be another 10 minutes, which was not true either time. The cost was $ 160 ($ 15 service fee, $ 145 entrance fee.) On the phone they said they took credit or cash, but the way they take credit cards is by doing a pen impression of your card on to paper. Seeing this system, I opted to go and get cash instead. I got no copy of a receipt that I signed with my name and address. On the plus side and the reason for two stars instead of one is that he got in to my apartment within a minute. Great money maker for this guy, but not a great experience for the customer. I would go with anywhere else in the future, but am happy they have a perfect business for themselves to make money like this.
