Criminal Defense – In addition to DUI, we handle all other traffic offenses, including less driving, reckless driving, vehicular homicide, driving with a suspended license.

Immigration Law– We file various petitions for adjustment of Status; accompany clients during the interview process untill the petition is approved. We also represent clients in removal proceedings.

Civil Litigation – We handle Court trials, Motion practice including, discovery, subpoenas and arguments, manage litigation caseload and participate in arbitration proceedings.

Real Estate – We represent clients in the acquisition, financing and disposition of real estate transactions purchase and sale transactions, short-​sale transactions and foreclosures.

Corporate law-​We prepare and review commercial contracts including joint ventures

Established in 2009.

We started the practice to provide Legal Services to people and companies in a Boutique firm environment where each case is handled with professionalism and deference to the sensitive nature of each case.

Business Owner

Adebayo Adesina, Esq. graduated from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago in 2005.

He later worked in various capacities with several Law Firms and Private companies within the greater Chicago area for 4 years before starting his Private Practice in 2009.
