My first experience with this office was a of couple years ago when I needed duplicate parking permits for our vehicles. They were very welcoming and helpful. Fast forward to the Nov 2014 cold spell. Peoples Gas planned to replace a gas meter in my home. Instead, they pulled meter out, and left us without a new meter (or heat) FOR TEN DAYS. I was getting every excuse from Peoples Gas, except a new meter or heat. Fed up, I called 47th ward. They took the reins and I had a PG rep in my basement in 4 hrs. Heat was on and running within the hour.
