Bought a groupon, tried to get a hold of someone 3 seperate times — mixed up days and times (weekday business hours, weekday evening, weekend mid day) never spoke to anyone, left messages asking to schedule an appointment and never got a return phone call.

Don’t invite this mess into your home and lives!
When they came to clean our couch, it was left with gunky, crusty soap residue all over it, and they left a thick slime of soap runoff on our hardwood floors. (Which WE had to clean on our hands and knees, as «Lee» the customer service rep wasn’t in until Sunday…3 days AFTER the attempted cleaning fiasco.) THEN, after we were asked to call «Lee» on Sunday, she never returned our call. SO, we called again on Monday, but she was «out of the office, so call her back in 10 minutes.» We waited. We called… AND SHE’D LEFT FOR THE DAY! Ha! THEN, they attempted to bypass the crusty mess issue by telling us that they were waiting to hear from the agent (cleaning rep) to let them know when the agent was available to come by and try cleaning again. WHAT?! We don’t want them mucking up our home again.
We requested a refund, and they told us they prefer to have the agent attempt to clean again, and if it’s a mess a second time, then they’ll refund it. No thank you! (As of now, we’re still waiting to hear back from customer service rep «Lee.»)
