I had been without heat for two very cold weeks after my 3 year old furnace went out because the first company I called said it would cost @$ 900 to get the furnace started again because of faulty parts and I could not afford it. I tried purchasing parts online and having relatives install them, but that didn’t work. Then a guy came by with a flyer/​card this past Friday for Anthony’s $ 59.95 furnace check & clean special.
I called the number on the flyer and spoke with Mark who promised someone would come out the next day and that Anthony’s would work with me on the lowest cost solution. His manner was professional and reassuring. Duke came out early Saturday and began methodically diagnosing the problem, questioning me about what had already been done (since the furnace doors were off) and answering my questions as he worked.
Within a short amount of time, the furnace was back on and the house is warm again. It turns out there was only one (1) faulty part, not three (3) as I had been told by the other company and I saved $ 500.00. Here is what Duke said that I will take as gospel. 1) Have your furnace checked and cleaned every year. 2) Never try to fix your furnace yourself, always call a professional because it can be a potentially dangerous situation.
I would like to add… If someone tells you your furnace needs to have new x, y + z parts, get a second opinion. Better still, just call Anthony’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc in the FIRST place.

Only $ 40 for their groupon to have them to come out and inspect/​tune up my furnace same day. They got here within 2 hours of calling. He mentioned that once it dies the parts are no longer made for this unit and what their price was for a new one. He didnt pressure me into buying or try to up sell anything else.

I had a wonderful experience with Anthony’s. Having your AC go out in the height of summer is never fun, and they made this experience as painless as possible for me (and my dog!).
I appreciated that they took the time to fully explain to me what was going on so that I had a better understanding of the situation. They also explained the implications and possible outcomes in the future of what went wrong. Everyone I worked with was kind, through, responsive and had incredible customer service. They even came early one day to work because they were concerned about my poor Siberian Husky dealing with a non-​AC environment.
I have nothing but good things to say about Anthony’s, and I will absolutely be using them if I ever have a problem again. Highly recommended!

I bought a Groupon for a boiler tune-​up. I was told the boiler had issues. I was asked by the serviceman why a new part had been put on the boiler. Then I was told by the serviceman that I had fumes coming out of the boiler. I asked the serviceman to list anything that was wrong with the boiler because I have American Home Shield Homeowners Insurance that will make any repairs that needed to be made and if the boiler needs to be replaced the company will take care of that. As far as the recent repair done I felt ASH needed know that the serviceman had reported there were problems with the recent repair. Needless to say the serviceman said the boiler is fine just the walls of the boiler are burned up. I asked if I needed a new boiler I was told I didn’t. I asked for a list of problems and a receipt. I did not get a list of problems in my view because there were none and there were none after I told the serviceman I have home owners insurance. A receipt was not provided and I was told I would have to get a Groupon copy as a receipt. The serviceman did tune up the boiler «I guess» I saw him takes some parts apart and he vacuumed out the bottom of the boiler after removing the burners. He did not clean the burners.

What a Great experience Iv had with this company and really felt the need to write a review. I’m a women and had no idea what was wrong with my system all that I knew was it wasn’t working like it should. I had a man named Mark talk to my brother to explain in more detail what needed to be done to the system. A man named Duke came to my house and looked at the system and told us exactly what it needed and how we could cut costs by using a more efficient system since mine was old and needed to be replaced. Duke was proffesional, curtious, and thorough. Thank u again Anthonys !!

Superior service! I bought the Groupon but also had an issue where my boiler wasn’t working correctly. Duke, came in, identified the problem and even worked with my on the price. He ended up saving me over $ 500. He was prompt, curtious, and took the time to follow up with me a few days later!

Called early this morning to schedule an appointment. Really nice lady answers and says someone will call you back today to set it up.
Got a call back about 2 hours later from a really nice guy, told him I had the Groupon I wanted to use but that my furnace wasn’t working. Told me no problem someone would be right out.
Sooo…Two guys show up to my house about an hour later, one guy is smoking (he reeks but hey, those are his jacked up lungs) The first thing they do is start banging on the dang furnace. (Duh I did that already, Didn’t work!) Unfortunately, They came when i was leaving to drop my kid at school. But I left them to tinker because I knew I would be back in two shakes.
By the time I get back, this guy is telling me I have a burned out circuit board and they cost between $ 390 and $ 600…What??? Wife asks so what’s the exact price. He tells me he doesn’t know he will have to take the board and go back to his place and find out… I’m thinking «why can’t he just call and get the price of the board» So by now something is starting to stink to me. Why wife is asking these question like «how long would it gonna take, will it be done today,» And I’m thinking well this isn’t getting done so I tell them we’ll have to get back to them on that.
They tell us that it’s $ 95 for the service call. I ask for what if you have the Groupon… They tell us we can’t use the Groupon because the furnace is out of service… it’s only for working furnaces. So I just lost $ 95 actually $ 130 if Groupon decides not to refund my money. Waste of time… and the Wife thinks they blew the board themselves, but can’t prove it so yeah, total waste of money!

My AC died yesterday. My regular guy couldn’t show up this week, so I looked on Groupon and found these guys having a great deal. They showed up early, fixed the AC, which only had a minor problem — a disconnected wire — and only accepted the Groupon as a payment. Duke was very professional and friendly.
I highly recommend these guys and their Groupon is a great deal!

Said I should replace the furnace unit for thousands of dollars. Had another company come out and fix it up for me for just a few hundred dollars.
Although they do have a groupon and I might give them a call for an A/​C cleaning I’ll see how it goes.

My boiler died so I figured I would try somebody in the neighborhood. These guys came right out and fixed the problem. They were very punctual, professional, honest, and affordable. It’s hard to find a trustworthy business but these guys are awesome.

So disappointed. They said I needed a new central air unit which would cost me $ 3,000. My neighbor saw how they were taken advantage of me & told me to send them away so I did & had another guy come out & it only cost me $ 100 to fix!!! I’m a single mom & they could see how vulnerable I was & they took the opportunity.
