Dr. Arrigo and his friendly staff were a breath of fresh air for me being from out of town and here on business. I called and got an appointment with no problems. My crown had fallen out and it needed to be put back in. Not a worry, Dr. Arrigo got me in the same day and fixed right up. I have now moved to Chicago and Dr. Arrigo will be my dentist from now on. Thanks Doc, and Staff :)

Very disappointed! I had concerns about my ‘newly made’ partials for the top front of my teeth. There was a missing tooth! I thought the matter was resolved after receiving the second set, only these were teeth the size of a child’s! I questioned whether the mold taken of my mouth was actually used.
An assistant prepared for another mold and pressed the tray into my mouth, which started digging into my jawbone. I told her I was in pain and she continued pressing saying ‘Oh, it won’t be much longer (Other dentists I have been to have simply adjusted the size of the tray to make sure it fit comfortably). I was more than happy to leave. I’ve since found another dentist office. A professional setting where I receive quality service.

I can’t not say enough great things about Dr. Arrigo and his staff. They have been helpful, honest and accommodating.
I woke up my birthday morning (a Saturday) and began brushing my teeth and just as I was about finished I felt a crack, the bonded tooth in front cracked in half. I had to go to work and could not call in sick as I work in weddings and I don’t think the bride would have cared if my tooth was completely gone it was her wedding day. As I drove out to the suburbs, I called my dentist only to find out he stopped doing general dentistry and now only performs root canals (GREAT!) so they referred me to another dental office and of course that office was closed on Saturdays. So my search began for almost 2 hours, trying to find someone who would take a «non-​patient» on a Saturday for a semi-​emergency. I had lost much hope and thought I would have to celebrate toothless (ugh) until, I called Dr. Arrigo’s office. They not only got me in that day when I got back into the city but he was super sweet, did not seem annoyed and was honest about what he could do to fix it.
His professionalism gained a brand new patient that day!
I went in for a teeth cleaning today and I can honestly say my teeth have never felt or looked so good. My hygienist patiently listened to all my questions and then gave honest advice on what I could do to get my teeth looking their best. They didn’t try to up-​sell on a bunch of things I didn’t need. They understood I didn’t have dental insurance and everything was very reasonable.
I will continue to recommend both Dr. Arrigo and his staff to anyone looking for a kind, caring and honest dental practice.

Dr Arrigo and his staff are amazing. I do not live anywhere close to their office but it’s worth the drive. The have a very friendly atmosphere and a clean environment. Dr. Arrigo and his staff treat you like you are a part of their family.
If you are looking for a honest dentist that will not overchange you but provide excellent service, I would go and see him!

Dr. Arrigo is the only dentist I know and quite frankly, I don’t care if he is the last because I love going here! My whole family has been going to him since before I can remember. I love Linda! She cleans my teeth and I look forward to hearing about her crazy vacations and watching the soaps on her little tv from god knows how long ago. It is a comfortable environment and does not have that sterile feeling that makes you nervous about going to the dentist. I will probably be going here until I have no teeth left!
