Blueleaf Lending was founded in December of 2006 as the first tier subsidiary of Midwest Community Bank, which is nearly 50 years old, and family owned and run by brothers Todd and Mark Wright. «Blueleaf Lending» allowed us to enter the Chicago metropolitan marketplace and avoid brand confusion from several other financial institutions with Midwest in their name.

Manager

Barry Stoltze is a 15-​year vet ot the mortgage industry and is passionate about what he does. Having owned and operated his own mortgage company for 8-​years, he understands all aspects of Residential lending, with an emphasis on always putting the customer first. Barry manages a team of 10 Loan Originators in our West Loop Office. In addition, he also originates loans, and was a Top-​producer company-​wide in both 2012 and 2013.
