I hope this company goes out of business — and I’m sure they will if they keep up their current attitude. I have no idea whether I’ll ever actually receive the jacket that I paid for and should have received several months ago, but I’m especially furious at Baubax’s antagonizing customer service and offensive company policies. I wish I hadn’t supported them. At this point, I don’t really care if their product (should they ever produce one) is indeed the «World’s Best Travel Jacket» — I will be offloading mine as soon as possible so that I never have to think about this company again.
