History
Established in 2012.
A modern, playful & unique restaurant experience, Baume & Brix (which refers to the culinary terms for the scale that measures the gravity of liquid and the density scale used to measure sugar) is the new resto from chef/partner Thomas Elliot Bowman (iNG) and partners Steve Tavoso and Jeff Krogh. Merging flavors from France, Italy, Japan and America, Baume & Brix focuses on local ingreds but prepares them with global influence. The sprawling restaurant space features a separate lounge/bar area and a dining rooms decked out with hanging globe lights and exposed brick arches. A personal chef table is set in a former elevator shaft for private haute events.
