BCBG Maxazria

I LOVE BCBG!!! Any time I need a new dress, BCBG is my go-​to. But this location is very snotty. Head to the Damen location for great service! Unlike the Armitage store, the Damon store provides excellent service even if you’re not looking your finest.

I am a HUGE fan of BCBG to begin with, but this particular location is my absolute favorite. For starters, Silpa, Missy, and Melissa go above and beyond to make sure that I have a very happy shopping experience. They are friendly, helpful and patient. Traits that go a long way in the retail industry. Though I have singled them out, everyone at this location is super friendly and approachable (not true of the Lincoln Park, Halsted location).
The sales staff here is the reason I will go again and again, and spend many a paychecks here.

I really like BCBG clothes. I prefer to stop by the Halsted location first, because their staff is A LOT friendlier. Most of the time when I do stop by at this location, I am never greeted. There are always sales staff around, but I am usually ignored. I bought a few things today and I waited in line for sometime. There were sales associates around, but they decided to help others first. I suggest, you try the Halsted location before coming to this location.

After stressing for months about a wedding dress, my fiancé’ found BCBG Maxazria. The manager, «T», was SUPER helpful. She obviously enjoys her job, and her positive energy rubbed off on everyone else. We had a blast and finally found the most perfect wedding dress.
I love the way the store is laid out. The prices were very good. The service was amazing. I don’t really know how to say it better. This place rocks!

I have been a fan of BCBG Maxazria for a while, typically I can find very cute pieces from this brand at Nordstrom’s Rack or Filenes, though once in a while I splurge and go directly to the source… much as I did today.
Everything I saw in the store today was adorable, though I didn’t end up buying anything. I vowed to return soon to buy a cute summer dress.
The 2 sales reps I interacted with today were just the SWEETEST girls ever. I didn’t get the impression that they were just complimenting me to get me to buy things other, they were just genuinely nice people.

I’ll admit, I was a little wary when I first entered this store (Armitage Swank + Daley Taxes = Financial No-​Go). However, I left with a changed attitude and a cute new purple dress for New Years.
Now, if you are like me (a Frugal Frannie) just head straight upstairs — there is a huge sale section. We’re not talking picked-​over, wouldn’t-wear-if-it-was-free crap-​o here, we are talking legitimate, cute items at half off (or more!). Do it.
I also had a lovely experience with the sales guy helping me out. I usually avoid sales people like a snail avoids salt (Google it) but this guy was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. He told me I looked cute in the dress I selected, and he said it in such a manner that I could reasonably pretend he wasn’t just saying so as part of his job.

I like BCBG clothing and am in the Armitage area fairly often but every single time I stop in this particular BCBG store, I am quickly reminded how much I dislike it. I don’t know why the manager and all of the sales people at this location are so high strung and «in your face» but I can’t take it, especially when I can buy the same clothing at any department store. I wish Active Endeavors was still in this retail space instead. Now THAT was a great store.

I much prefer this BCBG store to the one on Halsted!
This one had pretty much the same collection, more neatly organized and more spaciously built to accommodate shoppers who don’t run into each other. The people were much friendlier and the store was more staffed!
Love their skirts!!! Also liked their dresses! And some of their sandals were nice too, although they seemed too narrow for my feet…
Some great sales here — and I recommend waiting for them… up to 70% off!
