Bella Bianca Bridal Couture

Meaning to write a review about my experience here over the summer.
It was hard to get appointments as stores like this have limited hours and when I’m working long days it’s hard to get in! Plus, they won’t let you make more than one appointment.
Otherwise, the store is beautiful and it’s in the ritzy part of Chicago. Jessica helped me and she was super nice, patient and diligent in trying to find a gown for me.
I didn’t get my gown here but it’s a really nice place to try on gowns. I didn’t get a glass of champagne like I did at other boutiques. I was evaluating a ton of bridal shops before my mother came into town and this is one of the nicer and pricier ones!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about experience at Bella Bianca. I was helped each time by my stylist, Erika who went above and beyond to make me feel special. Bella Bianca first of all is gorgeous! They just completed an expansion where there is a large room for just bridesmaids dresses. I was able to attend a Hayley Paige trunk show and absolutely fell in love with of her designs. Erika and one of the owners Natalie went out of their way to make ordering the gown of my dreams possible! I will forever be sending them business.

I knew when it was time to search for a gown, I needed an upscale bridal salon in Chicago with a good selection. For years I’d watched girlfriends buy wedding dresses and have less than great experiences at their salons. I remembered thinking that when it was my turn, I should lie about my wedding date so there wouldn’t be any last minute issues like I had seen.
Bella Bianca turned out to be a dream come true. Not only was the process of picking and finding my dress wonderful, the staff was wonderful too. Every single employee I came in contact with over 9 months was friendly and kind and helpful. Melissa one of the owners is fantastic and truly cares. I had appointments at 2 other top bridal salons in the area before Bella and my experience at Bella was far better.
I bought my dress from the Bella Bianca downtown but went to the Oakbrook salon for my fittings. I cannot say enough fantastic things about my alterations too. Brenda, my seamstress, did things to my dress I never thought possible and it fit like a glove. On her own, she found things she didn’t like about how the dress fit and fixed them so it layed perfectly. She taught us how to bustle the dress and how to remember what to do. There was no last minute scramble to get the dress ready, we had plenty of time to spare.
I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who needs a dress. I had a budget and found a dress under budget there, and one that was perfect for me. They were also the only salon in Illinois to carry the designer of the dress I bought, which speaks volumes about their relationships with the designers. If you are looking for the true bride experience when buying a dress, this is it. Love this place!

Loved my experience at Bella Bianca. Not only is the store sooo beautiful but the people I worked with were great. Especially Jess H. She was so helpful and really helped me stay within my budget but get the dress of my dreams! She sent the nicest note after I bought my dress and stays in touch. Looking forward to picking out jewelry and shoes with Jess soon! Highly recommend looking for a dress here. The experience was so fun and Jess really made me feel so special!

I had a wonderful experience here. I live in Chicago, but my Mom lives out of town, so it was nearly impossible to make time to shop with her. Unfortunately, I found my gown when I was with a friend and not with my mom. The girls at Bella Bianca helped me recreate the excitement and the experience on a day that my mom could make it in. They were very accommodating. I felt confident in my purchase when I left their store (which is gorgeous by the way)

Such polite staff! I didn’t have enough time to buy my dress here (you should start earlier than 6 months before the date here) but the staff looked up other salons that would be able to help me and gave me their contact information.

Bella Bianca is a beautiful salon with amazing dresses and a very friendly staff. Kara was particularly helpful and actually saw me on two different occasions and was equally as patient each time. While I did not ultimately find «the dress» here, there were a couple that definitely made my decision a difficult one, which was not the case at any of the other bridal salons that I went to. Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I visited both locations of Bella Bianca and was greeted with nothing but positivity. I love both salons — they really make you feel like the whole process is about you. Not pushy at all, let me take my time with making my decision (which took months for me!!). Cara at the Chicago location was great and so was Chiara in Oakbrook. When I finally decided on the dress, Cara opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate! That was an added bonus that made me and my family feel very special. So many beautiful dresses, I definitely recommend! Will be back for bridesmaid dresses!

I bought the dress of my dreams from Bella Bianca and had a fantastic experience! I first went with a few girlfriends to get an idea of the look I was going for. After shopping around at a few places I thought I had it narrowed down to 2 dresses that I tried on again for my mom and future mother-​in-​law. I’m so glad I went back to Bella because Cara listened to what I had envisioned and actually ended up pulling another dress for me to try and that was the one I picked! I can’t wait for the dress to come in! Thank you Cara and the rest of the Bella staff for being so wonderful to me!

I loved working with Bella Bianca! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Cara, in particular, was great! She knew what I wanted in a wedding look even more than I did. And, not only did she help me find my gown, veil, and accessories, but she remained available for questions via email months after my purchase. The salon itself is beautiful and I can’t imagine a better place to find my wedding dress.
I had my alterations done that the Oakbrook store (they do not offer alterations at the downtown location) and had a great experience there too. The staff was so helpful. Helda did a wonderful job with alterations despite the delicate lace on my dress.
I have already recommended Bella Bianca to other brides to be!

I had a great experience at this Bella Bianca. I also went to the Oak Brook store, but that’s for another review.
My consultant Carrie was amazing. She pulled dresses according to what I described and when none of those worked, she ended up picking out something totally outside my «vision» that was perfect! I can tell she has an eye for what is flattering. (Some unsolicited advice: just try on anything they bring — you never know!)
The store is pretty and all the other staff, including one owner I met, are friendly. They were patient and helped me try on various veils and accessories. No one pressured me — I ended up not ordering on the first appointment — and the consultant was honest about what did and didn’t look good rather than just trying to make a sale. When I came for the second appointment I chose the dress; ordering was a snap and the dress was ready over a month early. It is a wonderful place!

AMAZING!!! I can’t even begin to describe my experience at Bella Bianca.
This was my first stop of the day and my first time trying on dresses ever. I was feeling nervous before my appointment but once I stepped foot through those doors I felt at ease and ready to start trying on dresses.
I came in with one dress in mind but completely open to other styles and fabrics. Cara was my stylist and she did a fantastic job of walking me through the store to see what I liked and then pulling those dresses and others that she thought I would like. She went above and beyond my expectations. She would help make getting into the dresses easy even though I am petite and had a ton of fabric that I could potentially trip on. She was very responsive to our reactions and never once pressured me into buying a dress.
At the end of the day I couldn’t help but keep thinking of THE dress and actually made an appointment with the owner, Melissa, to try the dress on again and I ended up placing a deposit for my dream dress. My measurements aren’t easy and she even offered to talk to the designer herself to see what she’s recommend for someone with my measurements and figure. Seriously, who does that!!!
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and now I have to wait 8 long months until I see that beauty again.

Obsessed! Highly recommend shopping here. Carrie was our rep and was amazing. My MOHs and family had so much fun dress shopping here. She was helpful and made us feel so comfortable! Love love love!

I can’t say enough nice things about Bella Bianca! The second you walk through the door you’re greeted by smiling faces! Their staff is awesome! They have tons of gorgeous dresses and they’re happy to move dresses from their suburban location for you to try on downtown. The salon itself is adorable! I wanted to take all of the furniture home with me!
I actually visited Bella Bianca three times while trying to find a dress and they were SO accommodating and not at all pushy about buying a dress. The consultants were very helpful in offering ideas on dresses and things to think about when buying a wedding dress.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’d highly recommend Bella Bianca to anyone in the market for a wedding dress!

Very beautiful bridal salon with great views and a good selection of designer gowns. Our associate, Victoria, was very nice and had no problem taking me in and out of tons of gowns but she also didn’t seem all that interested — was just going through the motions, which ruined it a little for me. But, if you have a pretty healthy budget to work with, this is a great option and a good place to bring some friends/​family. I ended up buying my dress elsewhere but they had really beautiful gowns that I loved.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I cannot begin to explain how great my experience was. I went to a handful of other bridal salons in search for a wedding gown and the service and selection at Bella Bianca blew them ALL out of the water. I will be recommending Bella Bianca to all of my engaged friends!!!

This was by far the best bridal salon we went to in all of our dress shopping. The service is impeccable, the selection is fantastic. They carry some of the best designers in a surprising range of prices. The dress we found was within our original budget and is truly my dream dress.
The viewing area is private and comfortable– they have a pedestal with huge mirrors, and the dressing rooms have giant mirrors as well so you can see the dresses before you show them to the group.
I also love the way they help you pick out the dresses you’ll try on– you walk through the store WITH the consultant, so you both get to see their full selection and don’t feel overwhelmed by the number of dresses and the organization. This is the perfect balance of those two styles.
Dresses can take about 8 months to order, so start early… But I have to say, I’d recommend to all my friends to start at Bella Bianca!

I purchased my wedding dress at Bella Bianca Chicago boutique. The whole process was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. Cara helped me pick out my gown. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me dresses that I would like. Both the manager and Cara took the time to answer all our questions. This was my first time trying on gowns and I was extremely nervous. Cara was such a sweetheart, she made the whole wedding gown buying process easier. I would recommend everyone check out Bella Bianca in Chicago.

After several attempts at finding a wedding dress, I came to Bella Bianca with 3 of my bridesmaids. From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The store was clean and bright and everyone was friendly. I saw a dress I loved as soon as I walked in and came to find out the designer was there that day. I tried on the dress and sure enough, it was ‘the one.’ Even though it took me another 30 minutes to be sure, everyone was patient. Once I did decide on the dress, they were kind enough to bring out champagne for me and my friends.
I can’t say enough about the experience and can’t wait to see my dress in a few weeks.
