After disappointment with them not having Calimari and a slightly longer wait then they said it would be both my wife and I where super happy with our meal. The Bruschetta was perfect, my Aglio olio with broccoli and shrimp was outstanding and my wife was very happy with her ravioli. We are happy this all worked out.

Really, good pizza! Also Greek salad was very fresh and came with yummy bread. They’re on grub hub too. Great local delivery spot!

OMG! I’m really lost for words about this place I waited literally 1 hour &37 minutes for delivery(I live 10 minute drive from this location) my pasta was disgusting & the garlic bread I had to pay extra for was soggy not crispy at all I’m very disappointed in this place… NEVEREVERAGAIN!!!

Bella’s is a good restaurant. We had a spinach and pepperoni pizza with BBQ chicken. The pizza was warm and it was good. We just wish the pizza was a little bigger because it was good. The BBQ chicken was 8 pieces for 15 dollars which is pricy for chicken, but it was ok. The pizza wasn’t the best I had but it wasn’t bad. The interior looks like its being remodeled and you have to pay to park but we didn’t. Its a ok restaurant.

Not at All a good place to order from the food was cold and needed to be warmed my children were very upset. management however needs to attend several classes on customer service if I call to let you know that I’m not at All satisfied with my order your job should be fixing the problem not telling me what is unfortunate and what can’t happen. I thought when ordering wings ranch or something comes with it I.j.S… Got charged 50 cents I’m now stuck with a pizza and wings that are very distasteful and cold and I have to wait until the morning to get a refund because it’s nothing that management can really do. Not to mention the driver had just pulled off to tell management that she’s far and can’t come back. I mean management is management for a reason.

i’ve had a good sampling of most of the menu and the food is consistently good. i always order delivery, and i love how meticulously the items are packed and the friendliness of the drivers. have ordered dozens of times and have yet to have a single order arrive cold or with items missing. the entrees are big enough to share or are very good as leftovers the next day. i miss the broasted chicken but the rib tips were surprisingly good for an italian restaurant. one of these days i plan to stop in and eat there, but since their delivery is so efficient, i’ll wait until the spring.

I’ve been ordering off and on from here for about a year or so. Everything I’ve had has been good, pizza, mostaccioli, rib tips, cheese sticks etc. But the other day I ordered the Broasted Chicken. OMG it was amazing, I was completely floored. I had delivery which was earlier than expected, the food was still hot and I’m about 3.5 miles away. The chicken was moist and absolutely delicious, seasoning was on point I can’t say enough about it. It’s hands down the best thing I’ve had here actually it was some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. Which kinda sucks cause I probably won’t order anything else from here but that broasted chicken. I highly recommend it.

I had a taste for pizza the afternoon of the Oscar telecast. I tried Pizza Hut, but they were too busy to take my order. So I checked out the Grub Hub and saw a listing for Bella’s, a restaurant in Beverly Hills, near Evergreen Park, not far from where I live. I have walked by there many times wondering what the food was like and decided to find out. I phoned in and ordered a 12″ barbecue pizza and an order of Jumbo Hot Wings. Both were delicious. The wings, which were still hot even though my order came later than the one hour I was promised, were large, still on the bone, and arrived with a few small pieces of bread instead of the celery or carrot sticks some restaurants include. They also didn’t come with dipping sauces. That was more a surprise than a disappointment because I had plenty of sauces. The pizza was tangy with plenty of chicken and barbecue sauce. Therefore, this restaurant was a hit, a place I will add to my list of places to revisit. I carefully removed the menu from the pizza box to save for future orders. The restaurant serves salads, pasta, sandwiches, desserts and soft drinks. They are also open until 10 p.m. daily. So, if you like Italian food check it out!

2nd time I have ordered takeout and this has happened. They say 45min get there an hour later and food is still not ready! Pizza is ok. Rib tips and smoked chicken is amazing. I wish the service was was better. There is better more consistent pizza closer, not planning on returning any time soon!

I got to admit, the food is good, a little pricey, but good. Ambiance is ok. Just be prepared to wait. By the time I left, I did my taxes, completed a business plan, and wrote out my 5, 10, and 20 year goals.

You know what’s messed up? I STILL supported this place because its a neighborhood restaurant regardless they take too long. And now I’m reading the restaurant disrespecting me on my own HONEST review? I tell you what… I WILLNEVERGOTOTHISPLACEAGAIN. And I’ll make sure no one on my block goes either. If I want to wait 45 minutes, I’ll go to a real Italian restaurant in the area and trust me there are many more, all better. Note to management, be mindful to how you respond to reviews.

We had guests stop over last night so we ordered a football pizza, which is always excellent, and we had rib tips and also tried the Pasta Aglio Olio with Broccoli. It was incredible. Perfect garlic taste and broccoli wasn’t mushy and best part was, the dinner was so huge that 4 of us were able to split it! Then we had Tiramisu and it was light and fluffy and again, perfect taste. The cocoa on top was tasty and just melted in your mouth. Our guests were sad they lived so far away and promised every time they come over, we will order Bella’s!

I love a good rack of ribs. Normally, I get my ribs from Smok N Q in Evergreen(or Hog Wild in Midlothian). But they are closed on Monday so I thought I’d try Bellas, as I had seen it on the train many times. I was encouraged by the menu and, upon arrival, thought the place looked really nice. Clearly the guys running the place are trying hard. But. .. the ribs were terrible. A good smoked rib has that nice pink ring around the middle. Succulent meat that falls off the bone, etc. These were nowhere near anything I would call«good.» They were dark gray — no pink ring. Cooked to within an inch of their lives. And the fries were certainly microwaved. Gross. I really wish I would have loved this place, since I try hard to support Beverly businesses. But this place really missed the mark.

I really like Bella’s, and hit it at least once a week. Here’s why: 1. Pizza by the slice, which is a great option for lunch or a quick snack 2. REALLYYUMMYPIZZA! 3. Great, friendly service that is quick! 4. The football pizza is huge, and serves a ton of people. We had a kid’s birthday party and ordered the football pizza for 20 people(12 kids, 8 adults). It was the perfect size, we had enough food for the group(and then some), and it was like $ 25 which was AMAZINGLY reasonable. (also, the owners are super sweet and I like supporting local businesses)

Let’s just say that good food doesn’t make up for poor managment. I was promised a gift certificate in the mail and never received it. I’m not impressed with their un-kept promises. Maybe it’s just me, but even if a restaurant has the BEST food around, but the restaurant can’t keep it’s promises to it’s patrons — how can you be trusted? We’re in Chicago — come on’… there’s pizza EVERYWHERE. A good way to stand out is to go the extra step to keep your patrons happy; customer service and satisfaction goes a LONG way. Should’ve kept your promises.

I’ll add to this review after I see if I get a call from the manager as I was promised after tonight’s meal. A mixed bag for sure. Well I guess it’s time to finish this up. She did call the next morning, and I have to admit I didn’t call back, I just didn’t think it was necessary since we decided that we weren’t going to go back. Very cute place on the outside, and a menu with many options. For now all I can say is if you go here, make sure you have plenty of time. Ordering was painful, it took some time and a few times repeating it back and forth, we also said we were going to eat in, they packed the stuff up to go, so we unwrapped it. I ordered a bottled water, she forgot to give it to me, so I had to go get it, I worried that she would question if I paid for it since she didn’t give us a receipt. At first we thought it was our communication skills, however the two other groups that came in had the same problem, it seems that the people right after had their order really screwed up. The food, well it was okay. I actually was enjoying my food, and when the rest of my husband’s order came up we noticed the cheese on the counter so I decided to put some on my food, as I’m shaking away I noticed dark, a little chunk of something, a closer look reveals that it has wings, ick a fly. Okay, realistically that could happen anywhere, I pointed it out to her and what I expected to have happen here was for her offer to remake my food, or it would have been just as easy to make what I had left which was half a calzone, but instead she said that they’d give us a credit after I speak to the manager, which of course wasn’t in. As I said, this could have happened anywhere, it was the waiting to get it resolved the next day that bugged me(how ironic) I don’t know if they don’t trust their employees to make a judgment call on a remake of food or a credit, or whether they needed to watch the tape to make sure I didn’t slip the fly into the cheese. If the food were stupendous it might be worth dealing with, but since they’re so many choices, I just didn’t bother taking the time to follow up.
