Better Quality Solutions

The Better Quality Solutions business is a fraud and always was:

Hired for snow removal services (referral off Home Advisor) for a condo building — they required 100% payment for the season upfront — first snowfall — NO SNOW REMOVED & cannot get anyone on the phone at their office.
**Update — Second snowfall NO SHOW again and still no one answering the phone. Pretty sure they stole $ 1100 from my association. DO NOT HIRE! TERRIBLE!

I would not recommend this company. I was promised 2 cleaning people to show up for 2 – 2.5 hours to clean at 10:00am. Only one person showed up, 25 minutes late and looked extremely tired. He was only with the company for 2 months.
I wasn’t told the refrigerator needed to be completely empty before they would clean it. I mentioned there were only a few items in there and he just shrugged his shoulders as if, too bad, nothing I can do. I got a really bad vibe from him so I decided to send him on his way. I was supposed to receive a free cleaning with the purchase of one, but there is no way I was going to allow this company to come to my house again.
I called the agency to report this issues and they told me in order to receive a refund, I needed to give a 24 hour notice of cancellation. I explained again my issues and all they wanted to do was «reschedule». They said Enrique was one of their best workers. If HE was one of their best, I would hate to see what the others are like.
Finally, someone else called me back and after repeated requests for a refund, she said that I will receive a refund on my credit card. I still have not received the refund, so I am disputing it with my credit card company.

First visit poor, but they have offered to send 2 more people to fix problems, good followup
