This office’s explanation of my State Farm refund: There were deductions from your refund for July and for August because you did not cancel the policy until August.
Correction: THIS OFFICE DID NOT CANCEL my policy when I requested it to be cancelled in June.
This is fraud. The uppers will be getting a letter. Not that it will likely do anything. This office and company does not deserve anymore of my time. I only hope this will assist others in making their own decisions about their car insurance carriers.

My wife and I have been with this agency for almost 7 years Diane Acevedo has been our agent since and it has been topnotch service.
We insured everything from our cars and renters insurance.
We recently got into an accident and when I called her she gave me step by step information on what to do and in less than a week she was able to payoff our car because it was a total loss.
We defintely recommend her and this agency to any of our friends and family.

I have, unfortunately, been a customer of this office for WAY too long. That stops today. I have never been granted access to Mr. Dillard, and his staff members (one I can think of specifically) have been rude, inattentive and unaccommodating. Go somewhere else. Switching to another office immediately.
