I’ve experienced many issues with BJB Properties, as well as some very rude employees. They outsource their internet to one of the worst providers I have ever had to experience, so don’t expect to actually get working internet. I have been working with their head office for over a month to get my issues fixed. The one good thing I can say about this company is that the maintenance man in my building is very responsive and fixed my toilet and thermostat right away.
