Condominium property management for small to medium-​sized condominium associations. Services include preparing comprehensive annual budgets; managing finances; inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the property; giving board members and owners complete online access to financials, association documents, and the status of current, past, and future maintenance projects; handling owner communication and correspondence; and attending board meetings and record minutes.

History

Established in 2010.

After serving as board president of a 19-​unit self-​managed association for 12 years I knew first-​hand the challenges that volunteer boards face with budgets, reporting, vendor selection, project coordination, and communication. In 2010, I prepared for and passed the exam to become a licensed Community Association Manager. Since 2010, Board Approved Property Management has provided condominium property management services to associations in Lakeview, Wrigleyville, Buena Park, and Uptown.
