I was referred to Sarah by a friend of mine who Sarah made her engagement ring. So, I called Sarah and we set up an informal appointment to go over what we wanted and set expectations of her services. What we wanted was no easy feat in the jewelry industry… we wanted to have our wedding bands redone for our 15 year anniversary (easy enough), but we wanted fancy blue diamonds as our feature stones (not so easy). Sara let me know right away that blue diamonds were not easy to source and naturally colored diamonds were practically a different market than regular diamonds but she was up for, and excited for, the task. It took us about 4 months to find two blue stones that we liked and worked with our settings (Sarah previewed many more before we picked), another month to send the stones away from GIA grading and then finalizing the setting to then production of the rings. We met with her about 3 times in between to preview stones and finalize the settings. The process was fun, informative but also nervous when picking a stone with so many factors when it comes to colored diamonds. Sarah was patient, answered all our questions, and always had our best interest as the bottom line. She was very easy to reach via email, text, or a phone call. She worked within our budget and our rings came out stunning. I would never again buy jewelry retail. I had a ring that was beautiful and I loved it, but it was a smidge too small. For the past couple of years I’d worn a different ring, but really loved this particular ring as it had quite a bit of sentimental value. For reasons unknown, one jeweler said they couldn’t resize the ring and so it sat in my jewelry box.
Fast forward to a couple of months ago when I decided to purchase a new band. I immediately thought of Sarah because I’ve seen her work and know her dedication to her craft. Sarah was great to work with. She not only sold me a new band, but she was able to resize my beautiful ring that had been sitting in my jewelry box. What stood out to me about this experience was the fact that even though I wasn’t making a huge purchase from Sarah, she treated me as if I’d spent a million bucks. She was really concerned with my satisfaction and making sure I was happy with my purchase – and I was! My ring was returned to me resized and clean and sparkling more than when I first got it. I was so pleased that I cried! My new band was equally gorgeous. I’m a fan and will be a repeat customer.

I had a design in mind that I wanted to have made and Sarah made it come to life! She was quick to respond with emails and pictures of what it would look like. I was able to go and see the loose diamonds before they were set in my ring — it was such a FUN and EXCITING process! I cannot thank her enough for my amazing ring!!! I get compliments on it DAILY!!!

Sarah was a pleasure to work with. I purchased my engagement ring from her and she walked me through the whole process. I did NOT purchase from a local seller in Seattle (where I live) because of Sarah’s great customer service and extreme patience.
