CHALK Preschool of Lakeshore East (Managed by Bright Horizons) offers a Full Day preschool program for children ages 2 – 5. Morning and afternoon snack, as well as lunch are served and included in tuition. All staff have Bachelor’s Degrees in Education or a related field and are First Aid and CPR Certified. Full– and Part-​time schedules are available; you can choose your days.

Established in 2005.

CHALK Preschool of Lakeshore East opened in 2011 and was acquired by Bright Horizons in 2014.

My daughter has been at Chalk Preschool for 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. It is a very loving and happy environment, as well as strong academic learning through play. My daughter is just 4 and is reading, writing and doing early math problems. However, more importantly, she is so happy and excited to go to school in the morning. She loves the dance parties, the theme days and all of the fun activities they think up to make each day an new and unique learning experience. They also ensure that there is plenty of outdoor play and walk time, making use of the nearby park facilities in both Lakeshore East and the Maggie Daley park.
