History
Established in 1985.
C-M Motors is located in a building which began repairing horse carriages in 1904. When established, Damen Avenue was a dirt road. When the transition was made from horses to cars? The repairs shifted from carriages to automobiles. Currently family owned and operated since 1985, the shop has always been consumer oriented, are it’s staff is well versed on issues and laws as well as consumer rights in accidents and total loss situations. We have been built on the strength of customer referrals and true representation of the consumer. Insurer’s tend to want to repair a vehicle as cost effective as possible. hence they try to «steer» work to their shops as a cost control mechanism. This isn’t necessarily in the best interests of the consumer, or the quality of their repairs. Illinois law dictates that a vehicle owner can choose ANY facility for their repairs. C-M represents the vehicle owner’s interests, and lends their professionalism to that goal at no extra cost. Let us represent YOU.
