I called prior to coming here and asked how much it would be to color my hair and the man said $ 35. I thought it was a decent price so I went. When I entered the man and the lady were fooling around in the back and smoking hookah. They were very rude, and the man told me the lady would do my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. So I sat in the chair and she began to brush my hair very harshly, I have curly hair so you’re supposed to be careful but she was puling on it and talking on the phone. She then proceeded to tell me she would do highlights cause that’s what the girl had in the picture (not really) but since she was a hair stylist I thought she knew better. When she put on the highlighting cap, she was pulling out my hairs hard, then she put on the dye. I have dark brown hair so she had to put in the bleach to make it light. The bleach got on my hands and it stung soooo bad. When she washed my hair my highlights were BLONDE! I asked her if it would stay like that and she said yes. I NEVER TOLD HER NOR DID THE WOMAN IN THE PICTURE I SHOWED HER HAVE BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS. She told me that’s the color I wanted and she couldn’t do anything about it. She ended up charging me $ 65 for something not even close to what I wanted. I was crying because a girl’s hair is precious, and mine wasn’t. I was in tears, literally. I was not happy and I spent all that money to top it all off. I wore a hat until I could re-​color it, that’s how embarrassing it was. Don’t go there please. I would give this place zero stars, but I can’t.
