This building is the worst place to live. The management sucks. They never come out when you need them to. On top of that the whole building is infested with bedbugs and they don’t care. Everyone is moving out and breaking their lease and they don’t care. The management office kicks people out if you come with a problem and you’re angry. Don’t ever live here unless you wanna spend thousands of dollars picking up and leaving all your stuff because your apartment is infested with bedbugs. And if you do even consider it apt 721,720,713,613,709, and more that I don’t have a list of all have bed bugs and are vacant now because the bedbugs came from the first floor as I was told by management and worked their way up. They refuse to spray each and every apartment infested or not infested which is very illegal. I sense a lawsuit coming soon. I was in the office when the worker told someone they have apartments available and didn’t advise them that the building is having a huge bedbug problem. I give it no stars

This management company deserves a prison sentence it is almost criminal. Stay away, far far away just based on the people who manage this shit hole

Manager Sue is a super B***** never really listening to peoples complaints, this place is horrible & unsanitary living conditions, apartment are full of bed bugs !!!

STAY AWAY!
The management is horrible. They don’t treat you like a human. You are the intruder who has to pay your rent but don’t expect anything instead. Elevators don’t work properly, the carpet in the hallway smells terrible and your car can be towed anytime without any reason. When you make a complaint don’t expect that someone will listen to you, or respond to your complaint.

All the negative reviews are filtered, what’s up with that?
We have lived here for two years; our place is nice and we own it for a good, low assessment fee.
Unfortunately, it’s right on top of a VERY busy street with a ton of traffic, parking, car alarms, garbage trucks, and late night conversation.
Also, the robberies and crime associated with the strip mall next door are unacceptable. For how many families with young children there are in the building, there really ought to be security.

The building itself is maintained pretty well. There seems to be alot of folks that don’t live here for any great length of time. Maybe they don’t like living off a main street or like the noice from planes that fly overhead or their neighbors having too many partys, I don’t know. There are a number of stores down the street and the Blue Line (CTA) is nearby and so is Bally’s fitness center.
