My friend got pregnant here, but I just didn’t have a great experience.
The nurses, office staff, and technicians were all great, but the doctors… well, let’s just say they could have worked on their bedside manner. Dr. Kim, my doctor, never seemed to remember how long I had been her patient or why I was there. Dr. Cohen was extremely paternalistic and made choices about my treatment that left me second-​guessing. I even left an IUI (that I believing was poorly timed) bleeding from a scratched cervix which was attributed not to doctor incompetence but to some kind of previously undetected abnormality in my anatomy.
The 2 stars I’m giving is for the rest of the staff and because Dr. Kim was great in helping me deal with my insurance company.

Small office makes the service feel more personalized. Nurses take the time to answer all (8 million of them) of my questions. The morning lab work (btwn 7−8am) can get really busy depending on the time of month and how early/​late you are there. The office is cozy and warm and instead of using exam rooms as consultation rooms, they have small conference rooms which make everything so much more comfortable. Dr. Cohen is fantastic– really thoughtful and kind.
