There was an issue with my booking, I tried contacting them personally through emails while I was abroad and even had a friend call them since I didn’t have international phone services.
There was no response. I arrived from overseas, there was no car, and I end up having to stay overnight in the airport since they never showed up and I missed the last train to get to my final destination. Then I was charged $ 65 for their «service», still no refund.
Don’t waste your time and money here, you’re better off walking.

I did not get a chance to use this company and I’m happy to say that I never will!!!
I purchased a one-​way fare going to DeKalb, IL from Chicago O’hare. I used their 20% off coupon (which was really the built-​tip) and everything came up to $ 86.00. I booked this fare over a month prior. The company called me the night prior to my trip to tell me that they CANCELLED my pick-​up because their website quoted me the wrong fare. They also said if I still wanted to use their service, I would have to pay $ 152.00!!!
Now I’m not a completely unreasonable person. But to wait until 9:00pm the night prior to my trip to cancel my pick-​up is completely unprofessional! They could have told me this weeks ago. And then they have to nerve to try to con me by making me pay almost double!!! I was so upset I hung up the phone. Fortunately, my husband was able to call his friend who owns a shuttle company to pick us up.
I don’t plan on ever using this company again and I strongly advise others not too.

I would give this a zero star if possible since they basically ripped me off for $ 10. Don’t waste your time. The driver and car were fine but ultimately the front office people just want to rip you off. What happened to me was that it came time to turn in my expense report so I went through my reciepts. I noticed that the amount charged to my card was $ 10 higher than what my reciept stated so I contacted the front office. After a few emails they claimed that they had sent me a reciept for another customer. I reviewed it and found that my name and address was on the cheaper reciept so they basically lied to me. Instead of wasting my time I just accepted it and that is how this negative review came into play. Do what you want but be aware that they will basically try and screw you. Also be aware that they charge an extra 20 percent tip. How can I pre tip for a service that I have yet to recieve?

My parents, husband and I used this service on our recent visit to Chicago. We could not have been more pleased with the service. The drivers were timely, personable, professional and courteous. The cars were neat and clean. Both drivers assisted us with our luggage and my wheelchair. We will definitely use you in the future and recommend you to others. Thanks!

Several trips to and from O’Hare with Chicago Limo Net and still great service! Rami was our driver for the 2^nd time and was prompt, professional, and courteous. The SUV was spotless! We will continue to be customers.

Looks like I should have read these reviews before I purchased my living social deal, it would have saved me money and time. Just like everyone else, I purchased the L.S. and eventually discovered all the hidden fees they add on. I have no problem adding tip but all the «extras» DOUBLED the trip cost. So I should have just taken a cab and saved me time and money.
This is my third time trying to use the voucher; the other two times they were «too busy», even though I called at least 2 weeks in advance. When I did get a hold of someone (after 2 calls and leaving a message), the person told me to call back when the «booking person» was in the office. I called during business hours, guess that doesn’t work. Finally someone called me back and we booked the trip. But 30 minutes later called me again to book the trip… I just did that, you don’t have me on your books yet? I told the guy we have already done this and he had no idea who I was or my trip details. I have zero faith a car was going to show up at all.
The day of the ride to the airport, they were 15 minutes late and when I spoke to the woman on the phone (she is very nice and helpful) she told me that their GPS says he is outside my front door. Unless I am blind, nope. Eventually the driver showed up but not worth the time, headache, or money for a «black car service». Cabbing it the next time.

Hah. To add insult to injury, I just checked my Living Social account and noticed the vendor marked my voucher used. (I assure you, a livery car from this company has never transported me or anyone on my behalf).

DO NOT EVER USE THEM… LIKE AT ALL! I ordered a party bus last month for my birthday and did not receive the bus I paid for. The next day I attempted to call the company to inform them of this mishap but no one answered so I left a voicemail that no one returned.
Today, I attempted to speak with a representative which was like talking to a brick wall. He was unresponsive to my concerns, rude, disrespectful, and just delivered overall poor customer service. Then to add insult to injury, MAX hung up on me, a paying customer!
I wish I had read these reviews earlier and spared myself the insults and disappointment. Needless to say, I will NEVER use this company again and will not recommend them to by worst enemy.
Hopefully, with this review, I can spare other poor souls from making the same mistake I did. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
RATING: A BIG FAT ZERO

I used this company several times without issue and was very happy with them. Then several times in a row, I had a horrible experience. First of all, yes, the taxes /​fees aren’t included in the deal if you buy one. I’m fine with tipping 20% too, but I hate that the driver asks for it before I get out of the car. They also started adding random «gas» fees, etc. and it was different every time.
The other thing I didn’t like is that they required that I call them when I landed. When I reserved a ride from the airport, I put in my flight info, which they can (and did) use to track. Several times I waited for 20 min for someone to show up after calling — why??? They should know I landed. The reason I have a black car is for convenience — I might as well get in the short cab line at that rate. Another time, no one ever answered when I called to tell them I landed. I called and called and… nothing. I have stopped using this company.

Stay away from this company and the driver MARY at all costs!
Below are some adjectives that adequately describe this company and Mary:
Deceitful — $ 70 for a round trip limo from Google Offers, yes please! Unbeknownst to the consumer it includes $ 42 of hidden fees, $ 21 each way for tip and tax. I have no problem leaving a 20% tip but I don’t like the idea of it being built in no matter what kind of service you receive and in this case it was terrible. Lastly, do not expect a limo to pick you up; it’s actually a black town car :(
Incompetent — The driver Mary picked up the WRONG PEOPLE! I live in a high rise and there are frequently people outside waiting for taxis/​limos, you would think the Mary would ask for the people’s names before letting them in… Nope!
Rude — I called her cell phone 5 times in a row once I realized she left without us but she didn’t pick up. Thirty minutes go by and we’re forced to bite the bullet and take a cab to the airport, but lo and behold we get a call from our dreadful driver Mary and instead of being apologetic she puts the blame on us and even has the audacity to raise her voice.

I purchased a Groupon, which clearly states amount paid $ 70 which never expires. (The promotional value was $ 150.00, which expired a couple of weeks ago on 10/​28/​12.) While I accept that the promo value expired, I simply wanted to use the $ 70 of actual money I paid, for the one way trip I need to ORD from the city. They insist I must add an additional $ 83.00 and use the voucher for round trip, even though I only need one way service. It clearly states on the voucher «YOU CAN USE YOUR GROUPON VOUCHER FOR THE AMOUNT PAID ($ 70) WHICH NEVER EXPIRES. Upon to reserve and learn of the additional criteria that is not at all available as information when purchasing the Groupon is upsetting. As a business person, I absolutely do not understand why you pursue methods to build a business, to conduct yourself counter productively. This btw, is the second time I have tried to use this Groupon. The last was as a livery to use in town. Happy to pay for additional time if we needed it. This was denied as I could only use it for the airports. Crazy… Needless to say, do not take these people for their word. Or service. If they have any?

I use limo services regularly and will not use this one again. Although I made the reservation well in advance, when the company called to confirm the night before, I changed the pick up time by 30 minutes — to 3:30 rather than 4 a.m. I assumed if this was a problem I would have been told. In fact, the person who called was calling to tell me to be on time because the driver was on a schedule. I was told that the driver would arrive 10 minutes early and would leave with or without me 10 minutes later. Kind of rude, but, whatever, who has time to fight the night before? (Really, who assumes their client will be late???) The dispatcher seemed pleased that I wanted to leave even earlier.
The next morning I was ready early and was waiting for the driver to arrive at 3:20. Nothing. He had not arrived by 3:30 either. I called the office and was told that the driver was running late!!! Really? After telling me to be prompt? And not even a phone call to say this? I was informed the driver would arrive by 4 a.m. — the original pick up time! This was quite annoying. I was then told, «Well you changed the time at the last minute!» But he could have said that was a problem the night before!
Anyhow, the driver calls a few minutes later and says he’s 20 minutes away. I asked where he was — exactly — and because I know the city well, I knew he was more like 10 minutes away. I didn’t say anything, I just waited. He arrived 20 minutes later and said the gate was locked and he could not get a car — which was why he did not arrive at 3:30.
The dispatcher could have simply said there was a problem, the driver is on his way, he’ll be there shortly and I apologize for the inconvenience. Rather than tryiing to make me feel like changing the time by 30 minutes brought their business to a screeching halt.
I’ve had better car service and will be using those services again…

If Unilocal allowed me to give 0 stars I would. This company has failed to deliver all 3 times I have tried to use them. We purchased two groupons for this company and intended to use them to take us to and from O’Hare for a family trip.
We set our pick up time for 3 – 3 ½ hours before our flight and they still could not manage to get here within a reasonable time, so we had to call another service. We were promised that they would upgrade us to a full limo on our way home, but we only recieved a car.
I recently called to schedule a trip to use our 2^nd groupon, since we didn’t get a chance to use it on the way to the airport on our previous trip. Even with 4 days notice, they said they would not be able to pick us up.
I find it hard to believe that a company this unreliable can possibly be booked. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Was great company to work with! Best service for the money for sure! Limo driver showed up EARLY (which was nice considering all the wedding chaos) and was allowed unlimited stops in which we had him. Only «complaint» was drive was a little fast behind the wheel, swerving around traffic and fast turns… sliding around alot but all and all great service!

It’s now more than 3 months later, and I’ve used ChicagoLimoNet at least another 10 or 12 times, counting each one-​way to and from O’Hare as a «trip». Not once have they let me down, and I’m comfortable saying I can still highly recommend this limousine service.
