I just opened(4) 6 week dry aged Tomahawk steak and this one had excess molded exterior and a very awful smell. I don’t want my guest sick so it will be going in the trash. I called in and the answer I got was to talk with the management but they aren’t available until Monday. You lost my business for good!

I placed my first order and was a little nervous about my order arriving in California still frozen. My order was packaged beautifully and arrived frozen. I ordered close to $ 500 and tried my first Bone-In Rib-eye! The steaks was so flavorful! Their quality of beef is top notch! I also have tried the porterhouse steaks and they were so juicy and tender and pretty thick compared To other companies! I will now get my beef from Chicago Steak company moving forward!

I have never actually tried a steak from here, but I tried to order a present for someone. I had the shipping I wanted selected and when I got to the order confirmation page, I noticed it was changed back to standard. I did not confirm the order because I wanted to get the shipping changed back to over night, but the order was processed anyway. I called Customer Service as soon as I got the email saying I had an order number and talked to them. I explained it had to be there by Friday, because it was a birthday present. They talked to the shipping department and said they could get it there by Friday for a fee. I said great, please do it. They say they would. I never received an email confirmation that the order shipped so I logged in to check the status. The order was still processing. I called Customer Service again and this time they said the order was going to ship on Monday and get there on Wednesday. I asked them to cancel the order, as we had already missed the birthday. In summary: — The web changed shipping to standard. — I could not change my order and it auto confirmed, even though it asks you to check it and then confirm. — It took 2 phone calls to understand what was really going on. — Phone call #1 I was told it would get there by Friday. Nothing happened or changed. — Phone call # 2 I was told my order would be cancelled — as of right now… it says it is ready to pack. — The«Customer Service» person says they have to talk to shipping or a manager. They put you on hold. Then the same person comes back on line and says what you want to hear. However, they do nothing. The 1 star is for Bad Customer service all around.
