Specialties

We are a medical training facility specializing in CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, First Aid, AED, and CNA classes. We have recently expanded and remodeled our facility to accomodate our students. We have also added more training rooms and a full hospital simulation lab. We are an approved AHA training center as well as an ISBE vocational school. We also offer CNA (Basic Nurse Assistant Training) classes that are approved by IDPH.

History

Established in 2003.

We are an AHA, ISBE, and IDPH approved vocational school, specializing in the certification of Cpr, CNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS and First Aid.

Stress free! These classes are taught by experienced paramedics. My instructors were kind, professional and practical. For first time certification or recertification, I highly recommend Pulse– it does not feel like a lecture nor is the subject matter dull or impertinent. The practicals are fun! I will be returning in the future.

Chicago’s Pulses offer’s very professional and quality AHA classes. I took my ACLS Renewal, instructed by June Eastman. Typically these classes are dry and if you have a short attention span, very long. June had the ability to keep the class focused and provided a lot of interaction throughout the class. I would recommend Chicago’s Pulse for anyone needing AHA Renewals or new AHA certifications.

I had to get my ACLS recertification for the CFD medic list. The class went very well. I learned a lot. Some was a refresher and other stuff was new information. We had June as our teacher. I would recommend anyone to go to Pulse for any certification or recertification. Prices were very reasonable as well.
