History

Established in 2014.

After moving to Chicago, Miliani (owner) was in search of a dog walker. She found that there were several walkers, but none that lived up to her expectations.

She hired a local company, but later found out that they were dishonest, and didn’t really spend as much time with her dogs as they claimed they did. After talking with some dog park friends about their experiences with dog walkers in the city, the majority were negative. The number 1 most mentioned comment was «lack of trust».

Miliani put her all into building a professional, well trained team of qualified pet nannies, that she could trust with her dogs, and trust with other people’s pet’s as well — A company that picks up where the others slack. That’s when ChiDogGo was born.

Miliani DeAira is the proud owner of ChiDogGo, and also runs an awesome YouTube channel and corresponding blog. Miliani presents… Thee Crazy Dog Lady explores and documents her adventures with her 2 dogs. Through pictures, articles and videos, she chats about tips and tricks of dog ownership, recommendations, product reviews, recipes, doggy lifestyle, culture, entertainment, news and so much more!

Miliani is a huge animal lover — especially dogs. When not busy running ChiDogGo, you can find her outside walking her dogs for miles along the Lakefront Trail, or trying awesome dog friendly restaurants in the city. She also finds time every 2 weeks to volunteer at a dog rescue or organization.

Originally from Minnesota, she moved to Los Angeles after college, but really missed the warmth of Midwesterners, four seasons, and was tired of being made fun of, and corrected every time she asked for a «pop». It’s not soda, it’s pop people!
