When I thought my checkbook was stolen, I came to this branch for help. Ronald, the branch manager, was fantastic. He knew exactly what to do, and handled all the details. He explained how it would work to monitor the checks in the old account for any outstanding checks, as well as the next steps with the new account. He also worked with me regarding my ATM card, too. I was there during the lunch hour, and he patiently helped everyone as it got really busy. He was able to answer each person’s questions. It helps so much to know you can feel confident that the person you are dealing with knows what they are doing. I had to go back to the bank today, and he was as helpful as the first time I went there. I really appreciate the great service!

When I had misplaced my debit card, I had stopped into this branch of Citibank since it’s close to work. The interior is very bright and very colorful with the Citibank «blue.» The public area was very plan out and clean.
Carlos, Personal Banker, was able to assist me regarding to obtain a temporary card until I receive my new card through the mail. He was very personable while he was taking care of this request.
If you need any banking assistance and your not able to process it over the phone, stop into this branch for great service.

I ordered a checkbook from Citibank. 2 months later, it finally arrived. GO TEAM!
Over those 2 months, I came in 4 or 5 times to check on what was happening with the damn thing (since I had already been charged $ 12 for it — that sure happened quickly).
The whole ordeal was all long and complicated and unnecessarily bureaucratic, I don’t need to go into details… During this time, the folks at Citibank were always cheerful, and the lines were never long, but I left with the dismal feeling that I had no confidence in this bank to remember how to tie a shoelace, let alone handle people’s money.
