Went to one on grand but this must apply to all. What a rip off like all of them. I went in looking for the Blackhawks locker room hat and was told they never got them. I was told that they took preorders and went out of them. When I asked the price I was told they were $ 40 a head. Everyone else is selling the hat for 29.95 or 30. Same hat but this chain takes advantage of people. Do not shop this chain

While this store does have a great selection of Chicago sports apparel, the service left much to be desired. The cashier who rang me up was unpleasant at best. Her demeanor alone makes me not want to return. There are plenty of other stores with employees who don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them — while you’re paying. SMH.

We were looking for some Blackhawks apparel to wear for our upcoming Blackhawks game. This store has a lot of clothing for Chicago sports team. They have t-​shirts, sweatshirts, hats, scarfs, etc. They offer both men and women apparel except I found that the women’s clothing was more catered to the girlee girl type that enjoy wearing deep V-​neck t-​shirts. When it comes to sports team clothing, I prefer crew neck style t-​shirts and was unable to find that in the women’s section. I had to find a small size men’s shirt instead, which is still a little large for me. I hope they get more crew neck style print t-​shirts in the future.
Prices were not outrageously expensive and the staff here was attentive.
