I would like to write a nice review about them but I just can’t; actually I would give them a quarter star if possible.
Was asked to come back multiple times to the Berwyn location and every time I would meet with someone different and had to re-​explain my situation to each person. My appointments meant nothing as they took care of people walking in for first consultation while I was waiting in the reception area.
One time they made me wait for almost 2 hours and when I left they called me on my cell to tell me I shouldn’t leave because I was the next person to talk to one of the attorneys.
I had the opportunity to talk to one of the attorneys who was more like a salesperson. All the things she told me didn’t make much sense so I ended up going to
and looking for an attorney there. This other attorney was very straight forward and gave me all the answers I was looking for in less than 30 minutes. This attorney I found on Avvo took care of my case and can’t be happier with the results.
For weeks after my last visit to them, consumer law group kept sending me text messages and leaving voice messages asking me to come for another session with one of their attorneys.
I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.

Very unprofessional. We were given false information just to be pressured into feeling like we needed to hire them. When going to court they extending the court dates for no reason which led me to believe all they wanted was a way to continue making money. Called on multiple occasions and recieved calls back after a week. The lawyer never showed up to one of the court dates without even a notice when i reached out to him he responded with «we decided to withdraw from the case». Can not express how ridiculously false everything they commercialize is.

My uncle got a DUI and didn’t have papers to be here legally, he eventually was told he would be deported. I took him here because my friends girlfriend had gotten her legal situation worked out and I’m glad I did. These guys told him up front what to expect and in the end they were able to get the DUI dropped and he is now applying for a visa (he was a victim of an accident and they told him that because of that he would be able to stay) if we never had gone my uncle would’ve been in Mexico right now and away from his family. Shout out to the whole team they really came through. The only bad thing is it’s kinda out of the way (I live in Hoffmann states) but it was worth the drive
Also, I have to mention this place was out of the way so the drive wasn’t the greatest but it was worth it in the end.
