We needed a notary to finalize the adoption of our son who was born out of state. Christine responded to all of my emails within minutes and I scheduled the hearing date with her. It was so incredibly convenient to have her come to our apartment. She arrived 10 minutes early and talked with our attorney, who was in the courtroom out of state, to go over everything we could expect. She was professional and so pleasant to chat with while we waited for the judge to call. The proceeding was really fast and when we were done, Christine was nice enough to take a picture of the three of us to capture this incredible moment! We will definitely use her again for any further notary needs we may have, and I fully recommend her to anyone who needs a notary!

Finding a notary to do a quit claim deed was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Christine was my savior and made the process so easy! She met me at a mutually agreed upon location, and only charged me $ 50 — instead of the $ 125 my attorney was going to charge. The day prior to our meeting she sent an email to confirm the appointment, and then the day-​of, she sent me an email confirming her arrival to the location. She was professional, kind and efficient. Phenominal service! Christine accommodated my schedule and met me to assist with notarizing papers for the sale of my condo. I recently divorced and anyone who’s been though that knows what a hassle it is to have your name changed. Having moved here from «Down Under» a few years ago, I’ve never had the need to have anything notarized here. The process is much different in Australia and I just wasn’t sure how to ago about it. I just finished meeting with Christine about an hour ago. She has a very pleasant personality both in person and through email. I needed some documents notarized but I didn’t know how much it was going to cost me so I emailed her first for a quote a few days ago. She was very prompt and replied to my inquiry. Fast forward to today around 4−5pm, I got the documents that needed to be notarized and emailed her again. Within minutes she replied to my email and at 6pm met me at my place.

As a personal/​executive assistant, it’s my responsibility to know and do everything without being told… it’s required to be psychic in order to anticipate my bosses every need. I’m used to this, but it’s particularly difficult when I don’t know about an entire issue that’s going on.
Scene: Monday morning I get a frantic boss worrying about whether the sale of one of his homes in Irvine is going to sell. Apparently the seller’s Realtor had fedex-​ed paperwork to do before the closing of the hose (hopefully three days later), which of course got lost in the shuffle of home «stuff», and didn’t make it to me in the office. I have to get these overnighted TODAY for the sale to go through, and since my salary is less than the Realtors 6% commission on this sale, you can imagine it was no pocket change deal.
In a bind, Mobile Notary is an awesome resource. They were there within two hours, checked the bosses ID, and gave our paper a little stamp. Phew, that was a close one!
For future possible issues, I am now becoming a Notary. By the end of this job, I will seriously be certified to do anything!
