I’m so happy to have discovered this family run business. The Doctor on staff was awesome he answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed through the exam. I love my new glasses and had them within the week. Everyone was so kind and informative. I’ve always worn glasses and its the first time someone has taken the time to explain to me why I should have what I need on my glasses. I highly recommend them to service all of your eye care needs.

If you’re looking for eye glasses, they’ve got some real good offers. But the honest evaluations, I mostly appreciated. This is a great family owned business. Xavier is the man.
I’ve gone to eye glass retailers in a few of America’s mid-​range department stores, as well as some of the more recognized names in eye glasses, and I’ve never felt as satisfied, as with Crystal Optical.
I called first, to set an appointment to have an exam done, and on the day I went in for that exam, I was amazed that I had the exam, consultation, and new eye wear; this experience all happened in an hour. One of the essentials of a simple life. I’m sold. Customer forever.

This family run business is truly a gem. My family has been going to Crystal since I was a young child and more than 20 years later we are still clients. When I walk into to this place I feel like I am visiting old friends. I live in McKinley Park south of I-​55 and I still make the journey to Crystal for all my eye care needs. Even without insurance this place is affordable. The eye doctor is patient and really helps you understand your eye health. The family runs the front of the house helping you with selecting glasses as well as any contact orders, etc. You can walk in or make an appointment. For the customer service and depth of knowledge, this place beats any national eye care chain any time.

A great family owned business. Amazing staff and amazing service. They were very helpful and I walked out with my glasses the SAME DAY! Great selection for glasses and they were so helpful and really paid attention to what I was looking for. I will recommend this place to anyone! And they have a customer for life!

I had no problems with this place until in ordered glasses in November waited for a very long time, then was told my old insurance would not pay for it. Maybe a phone call right away would have helped ??? Then was told they would reorder with my new insurance, but they never ordered them. The help is very lazy there. They don’t do there job.

Love this place! It is a family business and they welcome everyone as if they family! i got my Prada glasses there and i am thrilled with them. Carmen Monica and Xavier helped me choose the frames. I took rather long but they never rushed me! The are very kind and helpful! the prices are on point

I got my glasses here and they look great. Doctor was super cool and down to earth. Glasses were ready the SAME DAY and the family working there is super sweet. Monica and Xavier really know their stuff. The attention I got there was unlike anything I’ve experienced. Prices are great too. I highly highly highly recommend them!

Crystal Optical on Fullerton is a great family owned business that I will continue to support as long as I live in the neighborhood! The family who runs the store are super nice and friendly. They are also upfront and honest. The Dr who gave me my eye exam was patient and professional. I even found some amazing and affordable vintage glasses. This place is a gem!

After scratching up my glasses pretty bad in an accident, I needed new ones pretty fast. And I hadn’t gotten new prescriptions in a while anyway, so a definite update was needed. The customer service at this store was excellent — I came in 15 minutes before close, and walked out with a great new prescription and some very affordable lenses. I haven’t had any problems since and would definitely come back!
