History

Established in 2005.

CustomFit Contractors started as a result of wanting to fix other people’s mistakes. We would field distressed phone calls from colleagues and friends begging us to replace their current contractors. So we decided to show Chicago what the work of a dedicated professional looks like. And here we are, 10 years later, still successfully doing what we love.

After graduating from the University of Michigan, having earned an academic and athletic scholarship, Hector began a very rewarding career as an actuary with leading companies PricewaterhouseCoopers and Invenergy. After a decade of corporate life, the idea of being his own boss became ever more enticing. After some successful real estate investments, he decided to strike out on his own and has never looked back. His highly skilled, analytical and mathematical background has earned him a seat at the table with many seasoned investors who not only trust his judgement but rely on his expertise.

Hector takes great pride as a General Contractor and a Developer. He relishes every opportunity to create or update any space, from apartment/​condo to multi-​unit office. There is no job too big or too small; he and his team delight in every opportunity to showcase his skills to earn your repeat business.
