Dragos and his colleague came by to look at my furnance, which had stopped blowing heat a few days prior. Not only was it a prompt response to my call (after several tries elsewhere with NO such luck), but he was communicative throughout. Of course, once he arrived, he only had to hold the blower, which was vibrating more than normal, for the heat to kick on. They turned it on and off three times to ensure it wasn’t a fluke but then didn’t charge me for their time. «We didn’t fix anything, really.» I don’t think either of us trust that blower long-​term and I know exactly who I’ll be calling when it eventually kicks the bucket. This isn’t a person who will overcharge or sell you anything you don’t need and those folks are tough to find sometimes. Highly recommend.
