I don’t do Unilocal reviews often but this is the only place I have been to where I get a great haircut every time. Jonathan is passionate about his craft, and my experience with him has been leaps and bounds better than any barbershop I have been to. I knew him before he opened this place so haven’t had a chance to get a haircut from the other guys, but they all seem super-​friendly and talented. If you are used to going to places like supercuts or great-​clips, you might find the prices a bit steep. You get what you pay for though.

I am a regular customer of the Oak Park Dapper location, but have been to the Archer Avenue location as well. The owner, Jonathan, is super professional, easy to talk with, and absolutely a master at his craft. He puts a lot of time, energy, and skill into my cut and shave every few weeks when I see him. I highly recommend him and the other skilled barbers he employs. Any guy reading this review should just go once – I swear you’ll be back… again and again!

If your looking for an amazing haircut and shave you have to go to Dapper. I’ve been getting my haircut by Jonathan for over an year now and travel from Aurora to do so. I’ve been to other places when Jonathan wasn’t available and I left pissed I just didn’t wait. He has over 17 years experience and is a pure master of his craft and my boy.
So if your in need of a hot shave a quality cut go see the boys at Dapper.

Awesome place to get any type of haircut.
The barbers here are amazing. Very knowledgable in all aspects of their profession, in particular Joel and Jonathon both whom I have had gotten a haircut from.
One of the best experiences I have had that included a relaxing hot towel and ending with a nice massage. 5 stars for these guys!
Oh and there amenities are well picked!
