It is 2 years after my rhinoplasty. Now that I know the swelling is completely gone, I can finally say that I still hate my nose. In fact, I hate it more than my nose pre-​op. Now it is crooked, it looks like a beak and I have difficulties breathing.
I should have known from the consultation that I shouldn’t have gone with Dr. Ross. He seemed to just talk about himself, and when it came to my needs and goals with my rhinoplasty, he cut me off several times, he didn’t even have a notebook to record my concerns.
I went in to talk to him about how I didn’t like it, and how there is still a bump, which is very obvious to everyone, and he was denying that there was a bump. You can literally feel it, see it, there is still a bump!
I also mentioned to him that it is too wide, and he said I didn’t mention that in our initial consultation. (This man didn’t even use a notebook to write down anything I said during the consultation). When I told him I most definitely did tell him, he just told me it is just swollen and to wait.
Not to mention he left me with an incredible amount of cartilage in one nostril which makes it difficult for me to breathe out of that nostril. And of course, terribly unattractive. His response? «No one is going to be looking at you from that direction» [underneath].
I asked for a revision and he quoted me. For almost half the cost of the first one.
Why would I pay to fix his botched and careless work?
Egotistical, cheap and rude.
Would NOT recommend.

Right now I’m not happy at all
First of all
Its hard to take an appointment my all previous appointments had canceled and changed I waited almost 3 weeks to get to the doctor and he was in a rush didn’t write down what I wanted he promised me to get a perfect nose .
The day of the surgery we talked about my nose final decision and he didn’t take my opinion seriously about what I want he kept saying no not too much. just a little. mmm let me see then .I will see !!! How about the promising befor I paid !!
It’s almost a month since the surgery and I know about the swollen it’s will take time to go
BUT … he didn’t do much in my nose as we agreed
Its still the same !!! the thing that relly bothered and hatred didn’t change !!!
Im very angry and disspointed I paid for nothing
I was very clear with him about 3 thing he did 1
I never wanted a perfect one but just butter one
He kept saying I will make it like a nature nose
If I knew the meaning of that is the same old nose I wouldn’t waste my time … God I hate myself because of him

It’s been just over 2 months since I got my breasts lifted and augmented and I have to say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had with surgery. Dr Ross and his staff were not only accommodating but went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and answered every question I had. After surgery, Dr Ross provided me with a phone number to call him with any concerns, no matter what time of day or night! Two months on I feel the results look very natural despite there not being much for him to work with! I cannot thank Dr Ross enough for the wonderful job he did! I think he is definitely one of Chicago’s best plastic surgeons! T
I should also mention that the downtown office/​surgery center is really easy to get to and that parking is very convenient as well! If you get your ticket stamped, the parking garage will give you a super discounted rate as well! Thank you so much Dr Ross!

I had bracheoplasty and liposuction with David Ross, he is such an amazing doctor, initially I had so much worries running in my brain but when I saw him for the first time, i felt i met right person, he took very good care of me and treated me like small baby ;-) when I rated him 5 star I mean it. I highly recommend this doctor. Results are higly appreciable

Dr. Ross did an amazing result on my gel implant! I went from size 460cc to size 336 cc natural. I’m so happy and love the feeling of it! His staff are great with helping me make the right decision and also make me feel comfortable about the desicion to make! All my friends use him and I’ve never hear any bad things about him! I had breast augmentation about a month ago and I am beyond happy with the results. Dr. Ross is a professional. He has many years in his profession and his expertise showed. I recommend Dr. Ross to anyone considering surgery. A++ :)
