Obviously swamped and the employees were doing an excellent job at:
1) making sure that every visitor tried a sample of delicious tea
2) got to smell whatever teas they wanted
But the buck stops there. I wanted to buy tea. I knew what I wanted. I came in with the empty bag of tea from another David’s and handed it to them. I said, «This. I need this again and in this size.» It was a black tea. They gave me green.
