At the Debra Levine Law Offices, we have been providing bankruptcy legal counsel and representation to individuals and small businesses throughout the greater Chicago area for more than 15 years. Since 1996, we have also helped individuals with family law issues, including divorce, move toward and secure the best possible outcome for their circumstances. In many ways, divorce is a fresh start. You will be arriving at decisions regarding your finances, parenting time and other important parts of your life and starting a new life once the divorce is final.

Business Owner

Graduated from Coe College (cum laude) with a major in Biology. I have a Masters Degree from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University at Chicago.

In 2003 I was awarded an Excellence in Pro Bono and Public Interest Service by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois for starting a «Help Desk» in the Bankruptcy Court where I am still active in volunteering time and serve on the Pro Bono Committee.

I am a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute and have served as a guest lecturer at the American Bankruptcy Institute.
