Quite possibly the worst, most systematic inhuman customer service agents I have ever spoken to. After a year of paying off a specific debt, communication and organization errors on both Chase’s and Greenpath’s behalf were made to which neither party apologized for and I was taken advantage of for nearly 12 months in a row which I only found out about from IRS documentation. Do not trust this organization. You can consolidate your debt on your own. You can take care of your own situation. Make sure you examine your options.

Great company to consolidate debt. They make it easy for you to make one payment a month and they pay the bills for you.
Most people open credit cards when they’re young and spend too much on them. Some people claim that consolidating your debt will hurt your credit, but missing payments will hurt more.
GreenPath is a great place to get financial advice even if its just managing payments! They are always willing to help.
