Doctor Kelly is the best Doctor i have ever had. Very knowledgeable and very caring. He spends time with you discussing what would be the best care you need. Answers all my questions. When my medications need to be refilled its never a problem. Maria the office young lady is polite and answer’s and returns my calls. No one like’s to go to the doctors if they don’t have to, But with Doctor Kelly i have no fear’s to see him. Knowing That my Health Matter’s and i am in good hands.

Knowledgable doctor, but has no time for his patients.

I just switched to Dr. Kelly and find both he and his assistant very friendly and professional. My first appointment was to have a pre-​surgical exam. My 2^nd we discussed some previous medical conditions I’d experienced and his knowledge came across very well. My previous doctor and her office were night and day in comparison. Hoping my first 2 visits were just the beginning of a long relationship with Dr. Kelly. I’ve already got more trust in him and his office then I ever had with my previous doctor.

Dr. Kelly does not have time for his patients. He recommended a urine test July. After leaving at least a dozen messages for the doctor over the course of several weeks (between July and Sept) requesting results, I never once received a call back and finally gave up. I asked the receptionist to mail me copies of the test results but of course I did not know what they meant. In Nov, I reluctantly made an appointment to try to get some answers (almost 4 months later) and let him know of my disappointing experience. He said that he’s not just sitting around «pining away» wondering where I am and why I have not come in. That I needed to be seen in the office to discuss the results. So then why was that never once communicated to me? It’s not enough for me to leave him messages 2−3x a week? It turns out I need to see a specialist and he says to call him in 2 days for the name of a doctor at the Univ. of Chicago. I called, left a message, and guess what? He never called me back. I’m not going to play that game anymore. I found my own specialist and will not be going back to see Dr. Kelly.

Good doctor. Very knowledgeable and gets to the point of the matter very quickly. However, he will not get back to you after tests have been scheduled and taken — at least not in this case. I went in to have my cholesterol checked and he never got back to me. Even though he said he would call me in a ‘few’ days. I called the office after several weeks inquiring about my results but the receptionist would only take a message — and then again every couple of weeks to no avail. Finally, after a couple of months I was able to get a copy of the test results from the receptionist… and had to take it to another doctor to have it Interpreted. And my cholesterol was on the high side and certain steps were recommended by the other doctor — not my own. So, good doctor. Horrible office practices.

I just wanted to update after I received my bill from the ER. AFTER my health insurance, coverage, MY cost for Dr Kelly’s inability to speak to me and advise me properly cost me over $ 800. For something that absolutely could have waited had he given me the 5 minutes on the phone that I deserved.
