The first step in our procedure is to sit down and talk to our customers. This gives the customer the chance to tell us their concerns and ask us questions about the services we provide. We can add or subtract any service, each time we clean their home. Customers have a choice in which air freshener we use, and many other details. Customer satisfaction is the key to our business.

History

Established in 2011.

DocTrClean was founded in 2011, but some of you may be familiar with the owner since 2009. The owner originally entered the cleaning business to aid him in paying off his student loans, but realized it was something he enjoyed. Each house or office was a different challenge for him. He has worked in the customer service field for over 12 years, and making people comfortable and happy is his forte. DocTrClean started off as Dr. Cleanz in 2011, then he found it imperative to make it official. We have come a long way since then, and the next step for us is opening our doors to many more new customers. We are now able to completely customize each cleaning to suit the customers’ needs. Many services have been added to make your day-​to-​day life much easier. In the past three years, we have gained trust from many customers, and we look forward to adding you to our list.
