We have been going to Dr Bush for over 10 years and we could not be happier. Eileen and Elizabeth Bush along with Dr. Gamboa all give excellent eye examinations. They offer top quality frames, lenses and contacts all at reasonable prices. Everyone who works there makes sure you do not leave there unless you are totally satisfied with the look and comfort and feel of whatever you purchased. Do yourself a favor and visit the office of Dr Bush. You will be glad you did.

Great visit on 12-​31-​2012. They were very busy. I was in and out with contacts and glasses ordered. Very nice staff and Dr. Bush was very nice! I would recommend to all. City workers you get a great deal here! I have gone to other places and realize now I was totally ripped off! Thank you Dr. Bush and staff!

3 stars for a recent encounter with this office, which i am very sad to report.
i, as well as my entire family, have been going here for years now. dr. bush himself is a very nice, caring fellow… his staff however needs an upgrade. i was here march 2011 and ordered a pair of glasses with my insurance. first, my glasses took over 3 weeks to receive. once received, it turns out anti-​glare was not included. now, as mentioned before, i’ve been coming here for years and my prescription as well as my preferences are, i’m assuming, somewhere in their records. also worth mentioning the woman who helped me out knew my glasses were for everyday use. i didn’t remember to ask for anti-​glare (anybody who wears glasses on a regular basis knows how necessary this is), but one would imagine when you work in an office for an eye doctor you would suggest this necessity. so i had to have them send the glasses back, which took another week. although it was an inconvenience, i wasn’t charged for this. again, this wasn’t dr. bush’s fault, however i feel it was a major oversight due to his unprofessional office assistants, who, btw, were not too keen on fixing this problem (they tried to blame me. hrmph).
despite this, i decided to visit his office again last week. i needed a pair of Rx sunglasses; i called first to find out if i would be given some kind of deal as i would have to pay out of pocket (i don’t usually ask for discounts, but because i have been going for so long AND because i just purchased a pair of glasses from him, i figured i would make an exception), i was told i could expect 15% to 20% off. once i showed up, it was a completely different story. yet again the staff insisted i was insane, that dr. bush doesn’t give discounts, and had the overall «who are you kidding?» attitude. when i explained that i had just called earlier, i got a roll of the eyes and was informed i would be paying near $ 350 for a pair of glasses. with that i went to for eyes and purchased a complete pair for under $ 200.
long story short, dr. bush is a sweetheart but i’m starting to feel it’s not worth dealing with his staff to see him.

Went here to have my yearly eye exam. Dr. Bush and his staff are all very nice. He has a wide variety of eyeglasses to choose from and the prices are decent. This beats going to LensCrafters, For Eyes, Pearle… you get the drift, and he actually pays attention to you, you won’t get that from a «chain eye doc». If you are looking for a good optometrist, I suggest going to Dr. Bush.
