Donna and her family are amazing! She first worked with my fiancé to design my engagement ring. I went back to her a few times. She was able to resize my ring when I requested with only a 30 min wait! She was also able to design a necklace that I wanted to place my engagement ring on. It was absolutely gorgeous! Her family is super friendly and helpful too! Can’t wait to come back to do some wedding ring shopping!

Came here to get my engagement ring resized and I’m sure we’ll come back to get the wedding bands as well! Very fast service! I came back next week because My fingers get weird from the cold so I felt that the ring had to be resized even more and Donna resized it for free. Great service and a great family business. I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring from Donna about a year ago and just received our wedding bands from her this morning! I was referred to her by a relative who has used her for all his jewelry purchases in the recent past (and he buys a good amount of jewelry).
I’m 26 years old and super inexperienced when it comes to jewelry purchasing. Donna walked me through every step of the process without ever once coming off as pushy or like she was trying to sell me on anything more than I wanted/​could afford. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted in an engagement ring and she drew up some really helpful 3D computer-​generated images of what she had in mind. She also gave me a wide variety of options and educated me on what was important in a diamond and what could be sacrificed a bit. However, she never undermined what I told her was important to me and always stayed within the parameters I set without trying to upsell me.
I did some pretty extensive shopping around before making the engagement ring purchase and the price I ended up paying for the ring from Donna was by far the best value for the quality of jewelry I received. Donna was very willing to work with me to stay within the budget I gave her when I first contacted her. The ring I ended up buying was well within that budget and blew away any other rings I looked at in terms of size, clarity, sparkle, and overall beauty.
Donna is always very accessible and responsive every time I contact her (both via e-​mail and phone). I live in St. Louis and Donna never had any problem getting the jewelry to me in an extremely timely fashion.
In sum, my entire experience with Donna was phenomenal and I won’t have to do anymore shopping when it comes to jewelry purchases. I have highly recommended Donna to everyone I know in the market for jewelry and will continue to do so.

My husband found Donna’s completely by accident. He was in the process of shopping for an engagement ring 7 years ago in Chicago. The level of service I received from Donna and her team was beyond amazing. Donna was amazing every step of the way. My girlfriend found an engagement ring online that she really loved. It was a rose gold, rounded pave shoulder, with a center stone. Luckily I had a picture and showed it to Donna. She created it from scratch, periodically sending me pictures of the wax design. She was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. I’m very thankful a friend of mine referred me to Donna Jewelry. Without them I probably would have overpaid for something that wasn’t exactly like the original picture. I’m such a manly man, naturally, I didn’t know squat about diamonds and I needed an engagement ring. Donna and her family were so helpful, Donna personally educated me on what to look for in a diamond, the 4cs, settings, and trends. I not only got my engagement ring there but I walked out feeling like sophisticated man instead of the ape I went in there as.

I can’t say enough good things about Donna and her family run business. They are all so willing and helpful. In my case, they were able to custom make something that I had in mind, provided a wax and created a beautiful ring that they appraised at much higher than I paid. Their attention to detail is amazing (being a designer this is really important to me) and customer service stellar. They respond to emails very quickly (love this), and they even emailed me to find out how I liked my ring after my husband picked it up for me. They worked within my budget to give me a ring on which I am already getting compliments. They are amazing, caring and trustworthy (important for a jeweler). I plan on returning and referring everyone I know that needs a jeweler!

Donna and her family have been our go to jewelers since we met them. They helped design my beautiful wedding ring and at least 5 other pieces of jewelry for my husband and I. Whenever we go to get our bands shined, we always end up purchasing something else! Lol I’ve sent other people to her and will continue to use her and the family for any jewelry purchases. I cannot recommend Donna Jewelry highly enough. When my fiancé and I decided to get engaged, I had a specific idea in mind for an engagement ring. I saw a similar ring on Donna’s website and decided to give the store a call. We live in Wisconsin, and Donna was incredibly patient and sweet about answering my many questions via phone and email. We spent the next few weeks doing some comparison shopping, but no other store was able to make the ring I wanted for anywhere near the price Donna quoted us. When we finally got a chance to make the trip to Chicago, Donna had a wax mold of the ring waiting for us. Mind you, we hadn’t even given her a down payment yet! She had also selected a number of different diamonds for us to choose as a center stone. We left the store feeling excited and confident about our decision. And when my fiancé proposed a few weeks later, the ring was even more beautiful than I had hoped!

Donna was an absolute dream to work with. My brother and his girlfriend (now fiancée) live out of town and since I work a few blocks away from Donna’s, they asked me to check the place out. Donna and her family were so helpful and honest about every aspect of finding the perfect engagement ring. She didn’t ask for any kind of down payment before making a sketch and she kept everyone updated as to her progress. And then to top it all off, when my watch battery died a few weeks after working with her, her dad replaced for me– at no cost! I saved for a long time before I could afford the type of ring I hoped to buy my soon to be wife. We are very old school and did not talk about or go ring shopping at all. I probably don’t have to tell you what that means, but just in case: I didn’t know jack about this sort of thing. When I had FINALLY saved enough to think about making a purchase, I didn’t even know where to start. Luckily, I was talking about my serious lack of ring knowledge at work and a buddy pointed me in the direction of Donna Jewelry.
Donna’s was the very first place I was going to look for the ring, so I asked my friend to come with me (I didn’t want to seem too interested and get suckered into something over-​priced). Boy did I have the wrong attitude. Donna and the whole family was nothing but kind, accommodating, and honest. They didn’t show me rings I couldn’t really afford, and helped educate me about what I was buying.
I left Donna’s saying I was going to shop around and come back if I’d like to make a serious purchase. I went straight home and called my diamond contact. It sounds fancy, but all I did was call my aunt. ;) She has been in the jewelry business for over 30 years and I trust her opinion – so should you, really.
After telling her the specifics of the diamond, band, and price she went to work trying to find me the same or better through her contacts. No luck! She cam back and quoted me a price that was 2K+ over what Donna offered and was lacking in quality!!!
Needless to say, I did go back to Donna’s. Not only did they work with my budget, but I found the perfect stone and they literally MADE the entire thing. Guys, let me tell you, there is nothing like telling your future bride: «This is one of a kind – I had it made just for you.»
You may think this review couldn’t get better, but when I went to see the ring after it was completed, they told me that they had added 2 extra diamonds to the band. They remembered that I originally wanted a full diamond band, but could not truly afford it. I mean COME ON! Free diamonds?! This family is in the business of making dreams come true, and nothing anyone says can convince me otherwise.

I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring from Donna almost one month ago and I’m extremely happy with the level of service, personal attention, and workmanship we received.
I honestly didn’t know where to begin, so my then-​girlfriend and I began visiting the big-​name jewelry stores so we could see what was out there. There were a lot of great looking diamonds and settings out there, but they were out of my budget — I thought I would never be able to purchase a ring without going into debt. We began looking into local jewelers and were referred to Donna Jewelry by one of my fiancé’s friends.
I called the store, talked to Donna herself, and scheduled an appointment after discussing what we were looking for in a stone. Donna is great — she had a variety of stones in different cuts and carat sizes that would work with my budget. Also, she took us outside to show us how the stones would look like in natural light. When it came to the setting, I brought in a picture of a ring design that my girlfriend and I liked, and Donna was able to make suggestions and make everything look proportional. The level of personal attention she gave us was excellent! She was also easy to talk to, and was very good about keeping me posted regarding the status of the ring from the initial CAD design, the wax, and the final product. Donna was also very flexible with my payments — a portion here, a portion there, no deadlines, no late penalties, no rigid payment schedule, no stress!
We will definitely be back to purchase our wedding bands!

My fiancé and I had the best of the best when coming to Donna Jewelry. I never wanted a traditional ring. I always wanted something different and when a friend recommended Donna Jewelry the first thing I thought was that it would be too expensive. I was wrong! Donna was amazing and will work with any budget. She did just that for us and I ended up with such a beautiful ring. Before I even went to their store I emailed Donna a few pictures of what I liked, talked a little bit about my style and also discussed price points. My fiancé and I designed my engagement ring three years ago with Donna and her family and had an amazing experience. They are very easy to work with and always come up with great suggestions. I literally have received compliments on my ring everywhere I go — on the elevator, shopping, during work meetings, etc. I was on vacation recently and a woman across the store came up to me and said she saw my ring 50 feet away and it sparkled so much she had to say something.
I brought in a picture of a Tacori ring that I liked but wanted to make changes to it and they were very helpful throughout the process. It was great that I was even able to see the wax mold so I could make changes while the ring was being made.

I got engaged well over eleven years ago and happily married for just over ten. So, when I noticed that the center stone in my engagement ring was chipped, I was devastated. As I shopped for a replacement stone, I was looking to upgrade in size and quality.
I went back to the original jeweler where my husband got my ring from. They were nice people, but they didn’t make me feel like I was getting the best stone for my money.
