My doctor for 18 years… I had only one issue with staff, they were very rude in one instance but I wrote a very dissaponing letter about the issue… the Issue was fixed since… to get a appointment whitin a day is kind o hard sometimes… but i never feel rushed… the doctor is always friendly an attentive…

I LOVE this doctor and that’s the only reason I’ve gone to her office so long. Though her staff is super rude. Calling me a liar when I was late for an appointment. Saying there was no way I could’ve left when I said I did. I drove all the way from Tinley which is normally about an hour. This time it took me 2 hours. Every time I call they give me an attitude when I ask for anything. It’s just not worth the drive anymore to be treated like this at her family practice. If you can see her at Loyola hospital I HIGHLY recommend the doctor. The office staff could use a revamp.

The receptionists at this office are very rude and disrespectful. It is an unpleasant experience everytime. They have nasty attitudes and one threw a pad of paper out of anger because I asked if she could take a message for me. I will not be coming back here.

I’ve been going to Dr. Leon for awhile now and I have to say that I really like her. She’s very friendly and I never feel rushed. Her staff is okay. Not very friendly but that seems to be the case with medical staff.
One thing I really appreciate about Dr. Leon is the fact that she really gets to know me as a person. She respects the fact that I’m holistic and don’t really care for medicine. However, when she does have to prescribe me something she always makes sure it’s as low cost as she can get it. She seems to realize that medicine is ridiculously expensive and she tries to make getting it as painful as possible. My wallet and I thank her for that. :-)
I can’t give 5 stars only because I hate when I need to do blood work because they only do it on certain days before the office opens. It just makes no sense to me that I have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to take blood. That’s a little irritating. I’m assuming that the blood/​specimens are only picked up on certain days. Either way it’s a little ridiculous.
