The worst experience ever. This place has the worst customer service I had ever had. They will not allow you to use washroom after spending $ 20 because «it is not for public?!» Even after telling them it is an urgency for a kid. Jelly munchkins has the worst taste… They should really go and try donuts in other places as quality here is BAD.

Once I get off the highway I pass two Dunkin’ Donuts… Go past my school and then come to this location.
Their coffee tastes so much better than the other locations, their employees are much more pleasant, and if you go to wright college you get discount :))

Friendly place but terrible quality on food. I ordered a snack N go chicken wrap and it was the worst. They need to stock up on their items. They used grilled chicken instead of crispy and when I recieved it and bit into it it was stiff and disgusting. I didn’t even eat half of it. Now I know to go elsewhere than at this location for a quick snack.

Went for an iced coffee this morning and was very unsatisfied. To begin with my order was wrong. The second coffee I received tasted like water with milk. Some dunkin donuts have great quality coffee but unfortunately this location is out of the circle. I also ordered hot coffee for a friend and turned out to be very watered down. Please, if you don’t want to be an unhappy customer help yourself and go elsewhere for some coffee.

Yo yo yo what-​up my homies? This is yo girl Ellery kickin’ it and I just wanna let ya’ll know that the DD up in this dizzle is disgusting. Seriously, it’s gross. I counted 3 employees standing around doing nothing. Almost every table was grimy and smeary and dirty and nasty. What exactly was smeared on my table, I will never know. Garbage everywhere; in the window sills, on the floors etc. The door seemed to have a miniature leaf pile in it by the way so if your feeling fall festive just open the store door and jump in. One good thing, the service was quick (likely because all the standing around resulted in greater energy to serve me). Maybe it’s just me but I find it a little odd that I had to be buzzed into the bathroom. Anyone with me on this one? «Hello, I’d like a pumpkin coffee please and can you buzz me into your bathroom so I can do a line of coke? Thanks.» @@

This DD is my go to place when I go to my second j. The staff is quick, friendly and they are always in a good mood!
Oh andddd, they ALWAYS have my Raspberry coffee freshly brewed and my blueberry bagels are always in stock!!!
((Parking can be a pain sometimes depending how busy they are but, other than that, easy in a out of there always!))

This is one of the worst experiences I had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. Specifically ordered 2 wake-​up wraps which one was made wrong when I told them they argued with me about what I ordered. Which to me was ridiculous because I know what I ordered and it was only .99 so just fix it and shut up. Secondly, I ordered 2 orders of the hash brown bites and they put both orders into 1 bag so they had to fix that as well since they were for 2 separate people. Who does that? when you order 2 small fries at a burger joint do they put them all into one large container? Very poor service at this location.
