I have tried this DD3 times now because it’s on my commute to work in the mornings. I was disappointed, frustrated, and/or grossed out each time. Try #1: I ask for a bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese and an orange juice. The girl asks if I want a drink. I say I want an orange juice. She is out of orange juice. I say Diet Pepsi. She gives me a Pepsi. I ask her for a Diet, and she exchanges it. She asks me something about my bagel, but I don’t understand her, so I just nod. I wait 5 minutes, get my bag and get on my bus. I open the bag, and it’s a plain bagel, cut and toasted with cream cheese on the side. Try #2: I ask for a breakfast croissant and an orange juice. They are out of croissants and orange juice. Would an English muffin be okay? Sure… and a Diet Pepsi. Try #3: I ask for a breakfast croissant and an orange juice. They have both! But the sausage is burnt and there a big piece of fuzz in the wrapper when I get to the end of my sandwich. Ew. There will not be a try #4. Dumb staff, always out of items, and bad food.

when it comes to the food industry I generally believe in giving people second chances, I even make excuses for any mistakes because I know it’s a hard gig, but this time, there was NO excuse. First time, I chalked it up to being the location being very busy and because it was cold and they are not completely shielded from it OR maybe she didn’t hear me say CREAMONLY. Shame on me for assuming she got it right and not tasting it first — boy was I disappointed when I got home and tasted the super-sweet coffee that had to be thrown out. The next time,(same girl) was gossiping on the telephone non-stop — there was only one person ahead of me, weather was not too cold(by Chicago standards) and only one person behind me. I ordered my coffee — CREAMONLY. she left, still on the phone, I paid and asked her — ISTHISCOFFEEMADEWITHCREAMONLY? NOSUGAR? she took a break from her phone conversation to say«Yes» — I got my change and left… you can guess the end of this story… I get home only to find THEFRIGGIN’ COFFEEHADSUGAR!!! Shame on me… I will never again purchase coffee from this place … there are way too many Dunkin’ Donuts locations in this City for me to deal with this type of bad service. The girl, while she seems nice enough, really needs to pay more attention to her customers.
