I was actually told by the disrespectful manager of this Dunkin Donuts location to not come back. I don’t plan on returning to this Dunkin Donuts, or any Dunkin Donuts location for that matter, after one of their employees CHEATEDMEOUTOFMONEY! Back in July 2015, I visited this location and ordered a 99 cents ice coffee. I gave the cashier Maria a $ 20 bill and I remember doing so because that was the only bill in my wallet and I needed change. Instead of putting my $ 20 in the cash tray, she slipped it under the tray and gave me about $ 3 back in change. I told her that she gave me the wrong change, and she claims I only gave her a $ 5. I told her that was impossible because all I had was a 20. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager showed me the video footage of the register, which was basically useless. I left the store discouraged and defeated, but returned with my mother, who offered to help me calmly mediate the situation, as I was very upset after being cheated out of my money. My mother was only trying to help, and they were extremely rude to her. The manager told literally told my mother«We don’t want your money, and you don’t have to come back here!» I contacted that store’s franchise owner, who was extremely rude and helpful. He hung up on me and refused to answer any more of my calls. I contacted Dunkin Donuts corporate, and they were extremely unhelpful and completely dismissed the matter. So I decided to take that rude manager’s advice, and I have not been back to that Dunkin Donuts, or any Dunkin Donuts since that nightmarish incident occurred. Long story short, if you don’t want to deal with rude and incompetent employees who text on their phone while taking your orders, cheat you out of money, make mistakes that cost you money, always has dry and hard donuts, and ALWAYS burns all your food, I would not recommend Dunkin Donuts, especially this Dunkin Donuts.

Oh Dunkin Donuts… this location is pretty bad but I’ll be honest, I’m going to keep coming back because it’s close and convenient. I usually order a bagel and an iced coffee and every single time they ask me «would you like the cream cheese on the side or on the bagel?» and every single time I say, «on the bagel, please.» And(no exaggeration) 75% of the time they just throw the container in bag and give it to me. Why even ask the question??? Life is hard when your cream cheese is on the side. Welp, see you tomorrow DD!

Guys, there comes a time in every coffee drinkers(or just any customer of anything ever) life where they have to set a standard. I’ve been coming to this DD, for the last few months, as its on my way to work. During that time, my non-complicated coffee order has been wrong like 35% of the time. Somewhere between the cashier and the barista, a word or 2 is lost in the 100% aribican nether. When your coffee can honestly set the tone for the day, a botched order 1 out of 3 times can have an impact on your well being. Might be time to hit big shoulders across the street… 2 stars cuz its cheap and the muffins are solid and they’ve hooked me up with free bananas before.

What’s not to love? Glazed donut and an iced latte for under $ 5 — delicious and consistent.

DUNKINTHEHOOD! I am kind of hooked on there iced coffee right now, so this new location opening up in my neighborhood is a sight for sore eyes. I order the iced coffee with no sugar and just a touch of cream and it tastes fantastic. Typically iced coffee can be icky without a bucket of sugar. I am really impressed at how good it is by itself. This location has been open for a few weeks now but it is not even on the Dunkin Donuts website nor did it even exist on Unilocal.I finally decided to add it because if no one knows it is here then who is going to come here. Plus someone might have a donut emergency and this is the perfect location to cure it. I must say that this is one of the more comfy Dunkin Donuts I have ever seen. There are four nice leather chairs around a small table. A great place for a group to hang out and talk. There is one booth in here and also a bunch of stools that are facing the windows. The one thing that I love is that this location had the foresight to add in power outlets and they are all high near the tables. So this is great if you are looking to plug in your smart phone or laptop. There is also free wifi here too. Bonus! Dunkin Donuts is really doing it right to keep up with the times. So welcome to the neighborhood! I am sure that Big Shoulders Coffee, across the street, is not happy to see you but honestly I do not need a coffee with a timer… it really scares me! I am also sure the Gelato shop is not happy with your BR ice cream either. Don’t worry about them because I am happy you are here. Just keep serving your delicious iced coffee and I will be a regular. I might have to sneak in a French Cruller every once in a while… that is my favorite donut here.
